I moved in to my apartment two years ago and the windows have been filthy ever since. These guys did an outstanding job on 9 double-hung, paned windows with screens, as well as a small skylight. I have a two story house. They had ladders and worked in teams. I have swing-out windows so they could have stayed inside, but one gets a much better "clean" if the washers use ladders. They were thorough, polite, clean, neat and pretty fast considering how much care they took to get the windows perfect. Were they expensive? They were 25 dollars a window. I have a line-item budget for window cleaning every year. If they are done properly, which this was, it is absolutely worth it. You can pay less, but my experience is your screens won't be thoroughly washed, just wiped down. And the men won't have ladders. And there might just be one or two men. Bohemia sent three. The staff was professional, friendly, competent, but most importantly honest. When it was discovered by the window cleaner that the dirt was coming from the inside of the window and therefore unable to clean, i was not charged for the job. Amazing service. I initially spoke to Anton, he gave me a reasonable quote, and so we scheduled a date to get the windows at my business cleaned. My building required some weird insurance forms that these guys easily took care of. We scheduled for 9AM, and at 8:50 these guys show up. Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! Literally can't say more about how great his company is. Moved into a new apartment Feb 1st and to my surprise the windows were disgusting! I spent almost 12 hours trying to clean them by hand myself until my mother suggested contacting a professional service. I went straight to yelp and began searching for companies. I reached out to at least 7 different companies that serviced Brooklyn. Many took days to reply. Bohemia replied quickly and was very up front about the service they could provide and the price, we schedule a free consultation for that weekend. One other company got back to me but never provide pricing. I scheduled a consult with them for the same day as well. That Saturday Bohemia arrived 15mins before our scheduled appointment (even before me!) He came up, inspected the windows and gave a price on the spot. Told me he could come back the next day to do the work - we were booked! All the while, the other company never showed up. 30 minutes later I called the other company and she told me "oh yeah our guy is running late". Nope, not ok. A phone call would have been nice. Anyway, Bohemia came back the next afternoon, did an amazing job and even alerted me to broken windows that needed the managements attention ASAP. I love working with true professionals! I found Bohemia on Yelp and wrote them a generic quote email on a Saturday morning, they replied very quickly, gave me a quote and said they could even come the next morning at 11am. Anton arrived ten minutes early, I felt very safe with him in the house, he was very thorough and professional and even though the job turned out to be more awkward and time consuming than he had originally thought he stuck with the original quote per window.
