I've always been treated kindly and fair by the twins ( they are twin brothers). Since I have done business with them in the past I decided that they would be a great fit to make my nameplate ring to match my necklace. I went in to the store to show them exactly how i wanted it to be done , we settled on a price. I made my first payment. They promised me that it would be ready the week before Christmas and I asked several times would it be ready. They reassured me several times that I shouldn't worry it will be ready. I think you know what happens next ... You guessed it ! I came here to pick it up on Saturday a week before Christmas and it wasn't ready. I wasn't mad that it wasn't ready I had already anticipated it not being ready. I was pissed because I live 45 mins away and I came after work and no one called me to tell me its not ready. And when I went in the store I waited another 45 mins for them to service everyone else and pretend to look for my ring. Instead of them just saying its not finished and give the apology. Other than that incident I've never had a issue with them. I like them alot.
