You just order and pay at the front and they will bring it to you when it is ready. They served us our waters, my dad's milk, and some cutlery while our food was being prepared. The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable about the menu and products they offer. I went for the Beach Bowl, which is a blend of acai, mango, banana, and guava juice. The toppings are granola, honey, and your choice of one topper. I went with blueberries. While we waited, I noticed that they sell energy drinks, protein bar, and other goodies. They also sell protein/energy bites that they make in house which are my mom's fav. The bowl surprisingly did not melt on our ride home. Their acai is thick and so tasty because of the addition of the guava juice. It's not super sweet at all. The toppings were perfectly portioned and fresh.
