We arrived around 8:40 PM, about 20 minutes before closing, and placed our order. We both ordered the Paradise Point smoothies. After my fiancé took her first sip, she found a piece of plastic in her drink, which could have been a serious choking hazard. On top of that, both smoothies tasted very bitter and not at all like they usually do, so we ended up throwing them away. We tried to move past it, hoping our food would be fine. Unfortunately, there were more issues. I ordered the chipotle chicken club wrap, and my fiancé ordered a chicken Caesar salad with no tomatoes. Despite that request, her salad still had tomatoes. There was also confusion when they initially tried to prepare her salad as a wrap, even though we never asked for that. Later that night, around 3-4 AM, I woke up with severe stomach pain and had to use the restroom multiple times. I was unable to go back to sleep due to ongoing discomfort and continued symptoms into the morning. Now, even into the next day, I am still experiencing diarrhea. My fiancé has also started having the same symptoms. I understand that we came in close to closing time and that employees may have been ready to go home after a long day, which is completely understandable. However, the quality of food, the safety concerns, and the service we experienced are unacceptable. This situation has caused both of us significant discomfort, and it's very disappointing given that we've never had issues here before. Someone needs to be held accountable, that specifically dealt with our food, and service last night around 8:40pm (04/04/2026). I prefer to remain anonymous; however, if a representative affiliated with Tropical Smoothie reviews this and would like to contact me, I am willing to provide my information.

That's what I paid for the car. Omg. I don't have that. I used my last money buying the car and registering it. He told me no mechanical issues. Why did he lie? I messaged him and asked for at least 1000 back because that is the bare minimum I need to put in to get it running. NO RESPONSE. OF COURSE. He Is a crook. Do not give his business money. Luckily I was able to get a bagel for the kids to munch on. The peanut butter scone was quite dry and I felt too expensive for what it was. What I really loved was the area in the back which seemed to go on forever. The spacious room in the rear feels reminiscent of an uncle's garage filled with comfy couches and game boards. The interior is clean & minimal with Mediterranean vibes. The staff was super friendly and explained the different flavor notes of the juices and can make recommendations based on what you like (more sweet/fruity or more earthy/veggie forward). We tried the Evergreen juice (apple, celery, spinach, kale, cucumber, and mint) which has just the right amount of earthiness and is a great detox juice option. We also ordered two of the toasts: The Greek and the Caprese. They were both beautifully presented & tasty. My husband and I both agreed that we did enjoy the caprese a bit more. We also loved the sourdough bread that they use (not sure where they get their bread from or if they make it in house). They also serve signature açaí bowls & smoothies which sound delicious.
