I had the pleasure of speaking to Customer Service Representative Chad who volunteered to go search for the rolls. I explained to him that the trip to the store would take 45 minutes one-way and he offered to hold 3 of the packages for me until I could arrive. When I arrived, Chad was at the register and when I reached out to him he was just as nice, professional, and knowledgeable as he was over the phone. I had several other items I needed to pick up and he volunteered to show me where they were located but I stopped him from doing that as it was very busy. I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude to Chad for his exemplary representation of your organization. He was polite, respectful, and he knows how to treat customers as well as his peers. I watched him organize the front area while I was there and he used the same demeanor with every person he spoke with.
