They said they would look at it for me and be able to repair it while I was there. When I got there I was amazed at the amount of vehicles located around the bldg and figured some were waiting for parts. There were three people working the counter when I got there. The guy I talked to was very courageous and friendly. Checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes when he came out and said he had good news. He had the nail in his hand which turned out to be a screw that was ground down and said it had not penetrated the tire with no damage and no charge, he gave me my keys and I found my vehicle parked directly outside the building. I definitely will be back if I need any repairs later on. I have lived in Newburgh for three years and I'm in my 80's. There are a lot of horror stories out there about rip off's and I suggest you check out this place. I feel confident about getting a fair shake here.

We have received reports of basic work requests that have turned into very expensive problems, and it seems they are targeting single women and younger teens. We no longer would ever recommend this establishment. This is just heresay, as of now but so far we have heard several people saying the same thing, and it all seems to be happening only to our younger generation that doesn't know any better. We have a master mechanic now and will be referring elsewhere. We are not personal customers of theirs; however, if you have been advised to go there for service, just know if you've read this, you've been warned. Not saying this is the story for everyone; however, we strongly encourage everyone in Newburgh or Evansville to go elsewhere first.

After leaving and parking it for 2 days, I noticed I had oil spots on the driveway. I took it to a mechanic that I trust, to make sure everything was fine. They told me that everything was fine and that the oil cap was leaking oil (last touched by Best One). I have complained to Best One about oily fingerprints on my car, among other things. They also forgot to mention my oil change was going to be 4x more than my last oil change. They told me I had to pay $80. I asked if there were any discounts because I thought it was going to be $19.99, like the last several oil changes that I had. They lie. Don't trust them! I'm glad I found someone I can trust and won't rip me off!
