Every call, he was very helpful and to the point, not guessing how to answer or wasting time with info I didn't need. I was able to get an appointment fast, and his time frames were quicker than other places I called. Everything went smoothly and was right on schedule like he said it would be. I explained that I was on a tight schedule, because I was from out of town, so I asked if there was a way to get the certificate a little early. Philip pulled through and was able to get me the certificates a day earlier than he originally said. I got there about 3:45 because I know for some stupid reason they close at 5. I was visibly upset and should not have been driving. At 4:50 a woman rudely drove by, slowed down but did not stop, and yelled you need to leave now because I'm locking the gate and will have to call authorities if you are still here in the next few minutes. I quickly gathered myself and drove the posted 5 mile per hour speed limit out of the cemetery. The rude woman was at the gate with a nasty look on her face tapping her foot as if to tell me to hurry up. As if it is not a big enough nightmare that my Mom is gone, every time I go to the cemetery I have a horrible experience due to staff or just the horrible way they grounds are "kept". If you have a choice, I would highly recommend any other cemetery!

The cemetery office is onsite and has convenient hours. Overall, this is a very beautiful, peaceful place, and Lincoln residents are fortunate to have this cemetery.
