Death of a dear loved one is difficult but the folks at Schoedinger make it as painless and easy as possible. The funeral directors Carl, Tim and Jill were all a pleasure to work with. Gentle caring kind compassionate. And my mother looked beautiful. All my requests were carried out seamlessly. We had a funeral service during the covid pandemic and Schoedinger provides a live webcast of the funeral service for those who are unable to attend. They also upload the service to her tribute page so it can be watched at a different time. We needed to have my mom buried in another state and once again that also was taken care of seamlessly. Thank you Carl, Tim and Jill for making a very difficult as painless and pleasant as possible.

Later we planned services with Todd Hurley. It had been many years since I have been involved in planning a funeral and I was shocked by how many details Todd readily handled for us. He made a very painful and overwhelming time so much easier and was always readily accessible for our questions and concerns. I cannot say enough good things about Todd and Schoedinger Worthington.

What we found were salespeople who focused the discussions on OUR needs, not their sales. Not only did not try to "push" anything on us, they helped us immensely by pointing out things we never would have considered had we not met with them. In addition to the lack of a sales pitch, the thing that impressed me most was their "can do" attitude." Again, It was obvious from our discussions that the focus was on our needs and not their sales. Another thing that impressed me was the sensitivity shown by the sales staff. Sure its their job but having been born at night, not last night, I'm pretty perceptive and observant about what people say and how they say it and I one could sense that their sensitivity was genuine. Finding burial plots is never a fun thing, but we found this experience, interesting, informative and most of all when we left we had a total peace of mind that we had made the right choices. Our thanks to Angie and John for their patience and their caring. You folks do a great job.

My sister and I asked several times each about getting it on there finally the last time when I said something to the guy, their excuse was well. We haven't had the help. I don't care I paI'd you money. You need to take care of it. So it took about eight weeks to finally get it in and on the tombstone. Was talking to the gentleman. I told him how beautiful the picture hanging in the visiting area. I said too bad the area doesn't look like that. He told me cause it's winter time. like that all is trash. It was so much nicer when Schoedinger owned it. Now it's just a dump. I hate it but my whole family is there.
