I asked him if he could find any entryways for pests to get in. He said no. He never did give me the free estimate I asked for. He showed me one small hole where pests, like mice, could get in. I had that filled by my handyman. Today I had a dead squirrel in my attic. I had to pay someone $200 to get it out and clean up. One area was sealed where the squirrel got in. He did leave his traps here. But, he did not finish doing what he agreed to do and I have paid him. He messaged me that it was raining and he couldn't make it. I did not know what the rain had to do with the work that was under my bathroom sink in the house.
