So when we needed new roofing, siding, gutters, gutter covers, facia and soffits I obtained several quotes. Erik didn't hesitate to come out to Farmington and quote the project. We had some "slick" salespeople and we had a guy that wouldn't give me a quote (he really didn't like women was my opinion) and would only deal with the insurance company. Erik was professional, honest and not "slick." The price was fair. My test is always the "warm and fuzzies." After a few meetings with Erik, he had my business. Then came the problems. Every color combo for all of the above items had items out of stock, discontinued or something. Erik made a lot of phone calls and several vendor trips. I have no idea how many combos we went through - probably 15 or so. Finally we found a combo that could be put together. YEAH!!!! Erik was patient through all of the "I hate neutrals" moments and several trips of holding colors against the house in different light. Roof install went well and then we had to wait 2 weeks for the siding. The siding installation was completed and they came back and fixed a couple of small items and we were done before Thanksgiving. Erik was around almost daily and even picked up extra FOD on his own. They installed our new lights and Ring cams too. Erik was easily reachable and kept on top of the project and kept me up to date. Very impressed. They were within $7 of the original quote (I think permit fees changed). Very happy and thankful that I selected Erik and Roofs R Us.

We had E-Roof replace the roof on our 1919 Minneapolis home, and I cannot recommend them highly…read moreenough. From the very beginning, Teddy and the entire team were professional, honest, and incredibly responsive. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Every question was answered promptly, and I always knew what to expect. The crew completed what turned out to be a fairly complex roof replacement in about a day and a half. Several other contractors who have since been at our home have independently commented on the quality of the workmanship and told me the roof looks excellent. What impressed me most, however, was how they handled the unexpected. Because our 100+ year-old roof structure required realignment and correction, we experienced some interior ceiling damage due to the stress placed on old, previously weakened plaster. E-Roof did not ignore the issue or disappear after finishing the roof. Teddy came out personally, walked through the damage with us, explained what had happened, documented their findings, and has been helping coordinate qualified contractors to obtain repair estimates. While this was not something covered under their contract, their willingness to continue helping after the roof was complete says a great deal about the kind of company they are. They also pointed out and helped address other issues with our home that needed attention, rather than simply replacing the roof and leaving. Home projects on older houses are rarely simple, but E-Roof made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel organized, transparent, and well managed.
