They messed up my order and I didn't get what I was supposed to. I called and the manager wouldn't even listen to me. He just told the girl to say they can't do anything.l about it. Now I have to do a charge back on my credit card. I suggest not tipping for to go orders at Newk's. Because your order won't be right anyways and the manager doesn't give a darn. Ordered a Caesar salad. Cashier took my order and pops up a message on the card reader asking for a tip. A tip? All you do is make the food and give it to me. Why would I leave a tip for that? It's your job. You aren't going out of your way to bring me drinks and condiments. As for the salad it wasn't very good. I have heard so much about Newks before trying and it lived up to the hype. I got a Newks Q Sandwich of course as well as the loaded potato soup. Very yummy. The bread was crisp and crunchy on the outside while soft on the inside. The white bbq was not my favorite but I am not a fan of horseradish so I cannot fault them. The soup was very yummy and very thick. More like a stew than soup but I should have guessed - we are in the south after all! Reminded me of stew in Poland. I am a beautiful woman who likes to look nice when I go out. Maybe I was overdressed for Newk's. I got some weird looks from the staff, but who can blame young men for staring at a beautiful mature woman? They provided dinner and I apparently provided a show. They should sell Newk's merchandise. I think they are under new management. Long wait for my food. We ate in the restaurant. It looked dirty. Workers were apathetic and slow. They would rather visit with each other. We had to wait for the worker to come to the front and take our order. The salad was the smallest and worst looking thing I have ever seen from Newks. This was the Lake Harbor location. read more

This was a takeout order and my service was impeccable. Friendly cashier, clean area, was patient and explained where everything was. Terrible service! Ordered curb side service. Arrived at time that it was supposed to be ready but it wasn't. Had to go inside twice to ask about it! Had to wait another 23 minutes. When we got home both pizzas were made WRONG! We asked for no onions on the bbq chicken pizza but they were All over it. The chicken ranch pizza had onions all over it but did not say that in the description when we ordered. It seems every time we go to this location we have a lot of problems.
