Dr. Daniel was very thorough during my appointment, I appreciate that he explains things well and takes time to listen to my concerns.

This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've had with a small business…read more After a routine appointment, I sent a message that included a compliment and what I intended as a light, harmless comment. Instead of addressing it like professionals, the business chose to immediately ban me as a client--no warning, no chance to clarify, no conversation, no attempt to resolve anything. A professional business should be capable of basic communication before resorting to permanent decisions. The complete lack of dialogue suggests a zero-tolerance approach that leaves no room for misunderstandings or good-faith intent. They did not give me a full refund, and forced me to dispute a small portion of the charges with my bank. Despite this fact, that does not make up for how abruptly and dismissively the situation was handled. It felt less like a professional resolution and more like an impulsive decision with no regard for customer relationships. If you're considering this place, be aware that even well-intended communication can be taken the wrong way, and you may not be given any opportunity to explain yourself. Based on my experience, this is not a business that prioritizes fair or reasonable interaction with clients. The massages did not even help with completely alleviating my chronic neck and upper back pain! Once I kept it very simple by focusing on my expensive decompression sessions on the DRX 9000 combined with a device called a posture pump for creating a C-curve in my cervical vertebrae, as well as pushing up against my upper thoracic vertebrae, that is when I ACTUALLY STARTED SEEING AND FEELING PERMANENT AND LONG LASTING HEALING RESULTS!!! Greedy money worshipers that prioritize profit over healing, and other people's pain suffering. As a final side note to the business owner: Instead of reading Marvel comics, worshiping money, as well as SCI-FI action figures as your idols, go learn some social and communication skills! As someone who is trying to navigate a Chiropractic malpractice case, I did not deserve to be treated like the way I was treated.

On my initial visit last December, I had a great experience with a masseuse named Amy. Upon scheduling that appointment a few days ago, I was surprised that the same Amy was not who I expected. It was a different woman. When I asked her what happened to the other "Amy" she looked confused and told me she was the only one. Maybe her name was Emily, but seems like she's no longer available when looking through the list of available masseuses. If this is the case then the turnover rate is not good. Best to get contact info from your favorite masseuse in case they do leave the business. Anyhow, like I said, I feel like the issue never went away and I still have lingering shoulder blade pain. I did noticed that the masseuse did not use elbow technique which I find to be more effective technique to use. The knot is still in my back and is killing me as I'm writing up this review. I think I will try a different masseuse. From what I hear, Mia is probably the better one and has more 5 star reviews than anyone else. The reason I didn't choose her was because she had no availabilities on that same day I went so I chose the latter. I went with the 90 minute deep tissue with hot stone treatment. The additional $20 hot stones felt great but it just didn't address the pain in my back. I ended up flying back to CA and visited my go-to Thai massage and they were able to remove the knot causing the pain.

Amazing experience!!! We got a good deal on group on and it was fantastic. 10/10 would come back…read moreagain!!
