My back has felt better than it has in years and both the doctors are amazing. They genuinely care about me as a person and make certain I am comfortable with my treatments and knowledgeable about the process. They listen to me and adjust my treatments based on my actual state of being and preferences. The rest of the staff are all super friendly, helpful and also care from the ladies at the front desk to the massage therapists as well. The doctors really focus on helping patients find a higher level of overall well being. I love that they treat the whole person. Their depth of knowledge and experience with all kinds of natural treatments has been tremendously helpful to me. For one thing, I am much lighter than I was when I started there, though that wasn't even my goal, or the focus of my treatment. With compassion, they helped me get my body in balance. Then the weight came off very easily and naturally. I also used to have quite a bit of low back pain, but not anymore. She really knows the patients well and goes above and beyond with her customer service. Dr. Truong has been a crucial part of my healing journey. When other providers had dismissed my back pain because of my age and general health, Dr. Truong was the only one to truly take the time to hear me out and dig a little deeper into the underlying issue. He ultimately suggested an MRI which led us to discover a disc protrusion in my low back. Since the MRI, Dr. Truong has been instrumental in helping me manage my pain through adjustments, suggested stretches and exercises, and massage! He is a very knowledgeable and caring provider. Nestor is truly the best massage therapist that I have ever been to. He can often pinpoint my problem areas before I even have to say it! Through targeted massage and mobility exercises he is able to alleviate my areas of stress and tension. I often leave my massages feeling like a new person! I have recently visited for SI joint pain and pelvic misalignment, which has helped slightly however when I visited a PT they were surprised at the adjustments I had received and that they weren't more thorough & recommended I see care elsewhere. My daughter also visited recently and was with the chiropractor for less than 5 minutes. She hadn't been there for over a year and had experienced dramatic changes due to height growth, weight loss and a new very rigorous fitness regime, and the adjustment didn't help her feel any better... hard to imagine how 4 minutes of care really could help? We have experienced great care here but I couldn't currently recommend. I hope they address these issues as a really genuinely like them - which is the reason for the 3 stars! Just lately, it's been a very average level of care.
