Instead of addressing it like professionals, the business chose to immediately ban me as a client--no warning, no chance to clarify, no conversation, no attempt to resolve anything. A professional business should be capable of basic communication before resorting to permanent decisions. The complete lack of dialogue suggests a zero-tolerance approach that leaves no room for misunderstandings or good-faith intent. They did not give me a full refund, and forced me to dispute a small portion of the charges with my bank. Despite this fact, that does not make up for how abruptly and dismissively the situation was handled. It felt less like a professional resolution and more like an impulsive decision with no regard for customer relationships. If you're considering this place, be aware that even well-intended communication can be taken the wrong way, and you may not be given any opportunity to explain yourself. Based on my experience, this is not a business that prioritizes fair or reasonable interaction with clients. The massages did not even help with completely alleviating my chronic neck and upper back pain! Once I kept it very simple by focusing on my expensive decompression sessions on the DRX 9000 combined with a device called a posture pump for creating a C-curve in my cervical vertebrae, as well as pushing up against my upper thoracic vertebrae, that is when I ACTUALLY STARTED SEEING AND FEELING PERMANENT AND LONG LASTING HEALING RESULTS!!!
