No response at all. Getting very frustrated. My wife is talking about taking legal action against him to recover our down payment. We made the call and Jesse came out and gave us an estimate while providing all the options. We loved what he delivered and made the call, although a few months after the estimate. All expectations were delivered by Jesse and the order was placed. The finished product was delivered maybe a week or so early and we set the appointment for the install. On install day, Josh arrived promptly at the set appointment time and he did an initial walk through for all of the window locations (14 of them). What i thought was a nice touch was that he also set additional expectations that John would be coming out to support this install. When John showed up, the same professionalism delivered from Josh was doubled with John. Long story short, they both got all 14 shutters installed in mush less time than quoted and they look awesome. Shane with Blind Bear just purchased the business and so far they have been amazingly responsive. He came out to diagnose a problem at a rental within hours of calling - he is swamped catching up! I am hoping I can come back and change this to a 5 star soon.

I had several problems with my shades that were installed by "Window Wonders" in Sedona, AZ. First,…read morethis company did show up to fix issues when called. But later, I discovered that "Window Wonders" will deliberately ignore a customer's request for service. I even called the Hunter Douglas main office to place complaint about "Window Wonders" for refusing to come to my home to fix problems that were still under warranty. This period lasted for about 1 year, then he returned to fix problems with the shades he installed. But "Window Wonder's" owner lied to me about the warranty being 5 years, when in fact it's a 7 year warranty & on two occasions he extracted payment from me under false pretenses (the false pretense was his insistence the warranty was for 5 & not 7 years). Now, "Window Wonders" owner has chosen to ignore all my calls & requests for service with lame excuses such as, "I have the flu" or "you are on my list." I've waited months for him to come to my home to fix another problem that should've been covered by warranty, calling his office four or five times, but I can see he's ignoring me for good at this point. I called a handyman to fix the problem. I do not recommend this vendor for the reasons stated. You can also see that Hunter Douglas states warranty is for Lifetime, but cords are 7 years. That should put things into even better perspective.
