We purchased a new home and wanted to add the best window treatments in our opinion which are plantation shutters. We made the call and Jesse came out and gave us an estimate while providing all the options. We loved what he delivered and made the call, although a few months after the estimate. All expectations were delivered by Jesse and the order was placed. The finished product was delivered maybe a week or so early and we set the appointment for the install. On install day, Josh arrived promptly at the set appointment time and he did an initial walk through for all of the window locations (14 of them). What i thought was a nice touch was that he also set additional expectations that John would be coming out to support this install. When John showed up, the same professionalism delivered from Josh was doubled with John. Long story short, they both got all 14 shutters installed in mush less time than quoted and they look awesome. Al at Blind Brothers is the greatest! I came to the shop in Cottonwood with a broken window blind from Hunter Douglas that no long went up and down with a pull of the string loop. My attempt at repairing the HD Blind made matters even worst. As a courtesy... AL contacted Hunter Douglas Blinds for us and talked them into repairing the blind for just $125.00. We reached out to the blind brothers for a quote for 7 windows. Amy Beal with Money in the Mail recommended The Blind Brothers. Pat responded quickly and came out to our house in Prescott Valley. She gave us several options and was awesome to work with. We decided to go ahead and order the blinds as this company had a great price- an excellent product and we're easy to work with. Pat said that it might be 5 to 6 weeks for the blinds. Well Sal called and said that the time has come to install and gave us a good news - it only took 3 weeks. Thank you Sal. Buyer Beware! I am a disabled woman over 60. These people are low on the food chain. Customer Service is #1 for me. They're in business for the buck not for customers. I won't go into the detail, just know they don't keep their word, they were late, blind string broke on multiple windows. And without ever receiving a late notice they took me to court. Due to the small print on the contract, that due to blindness I could not read, I had to pay for blinds that I had cancelled with the owner, the receptionist AND the production manager. No one of them said I had to put it in writing. That unfortunately is their downfall. I've not spoken to one person who had a "good" experience with them. Do yourself a favor and skip these people. read more

Came to visit this storefront after getting an Ad mailer with measurements for all the windows in our home, just wanted to get a "ball park" idea of the cost. Was greeted with a person that knew nothing, did want to look at drawings or the measurements we brought. Her only purpose for being there was book an appointment for somebody to come to our house. When asked if she had any design books we could look at, no she did not. Too bad they don't put a salesperson on the floor. We left, found another store, picked out all the window treatments we liked, and today (next day), he is coming to our home to verify our measurements. read more

These folks have done two separate blinds jobs for us and have been great, reasonable and professional each time. The first time, while we were constructing, they worked with our subs to make sure everything was properly wired and bracketed. Our electrician, a somewhat grumpy guy, actually complimented them to us, saying "These guys know how to do things right" Our general contractor was also impressed by the quality and price. This week Jeremy and his assistant did another job for us and readjusted everything to make things perfect. These guys are the best in terms of quality, service, price and professionalism. read more

I have giant windows and wanted the blinds that lifted from the top AND the bottom... They are relatively common in Sedona in order to view the red rocks. Their estimate was a little more than others, however they said they will come out and repair any problems free of charge. It turns out the blinds that covered my large window needed to be repaired twice. Once was the manufacturer defect, and they had to ship the blinds back to the manufacture and then return them to my house and reinstall them... Did not get charged a penny as promised, however, it did take a while for me to get the blinds back and for them to reinstall. I think the second problem was a simple fix, the strand that pulled the blinds up and down got stuck, they came out and fixed no problem free of charge. I would be willing to pay a little more to have the service they promised and problems repaired for free, no hassle. Of note... It is now over two years later and I have had no problems with my blinds since. read more
