Good place, you know if they were CLEAN. Everytime I come here I try to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it's just a bad day. They don't wash their hands after each person or at least hand sanitizer. Got waxed. They use the same stick over and over again. So now I'm sitting here worried what unsanitary germs are on my face. This is what I was left with after visiting this eyebrow location. She tried to say I had a scar and that I already had a patch. My eyebrows are THIN not patchy. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION they are not professional I showed them my pictures of my eyebrows and she said "I don't think your lying but your eyebrows are thin".. I said YES they are thin BUT I DO NOT HAVE A GAP, or PATCH. After leaving the with that horrible gap they HAVE NO SHAPE NONE.. I got my eyebrows done here on 10/22/2022, and I asked the lady to just "clean up" my eyebrows but she left them significantly thinner. Ive been going to the Newlook Eyebrow threading on Summit for 10 years now and they've always done my brows perfectly every time but I decided to try this place instead, which was a mistake. I will stick to my usual location in the future. She was also sniffling and sneezing since I got to the shop, that should've been my first sign to leave. read more

My family will never come back here. It is one thing to Accidentally Ruin someone's eyebrows while threading them and be apologetic and do everything you can to make it right. However it's another when that person try's to give every excuse in the book and never acknowledge she made a mistake. Instead of righting a wrong the eyebrow tech justified her mistake and never apologized. Heads up stay Clear of this establishment. Loving the $5 intro price as they have recently opened! I used to love going to the one in Fontana off Slover, but it is a drive going across the city. The Summit location is hit or miss. But the Rialto location is definitely promising I loved the way they came out especially since one eyebrow was sparser than the other the tech lady totally had no problem fixing it and making it even as possible. I have zero complaints about this place. I went twice on a Monday and there was no wait. Its very affordable also, full face $27. They also give you a punch card and you get a free eyebrow thread after your 9th visit. It is very clean and all the employees have been very nice. Don't cling to a favorite though because they rotate amongst the other locations (Fontana, Colton and Redlands) so you may not get your favorite girl when you stop by. They take card but not for tip so just remember to take cash for tipping! read more

Love these ladies. They get me right every time. I don't do much with my brows at all. They grow, I get em threaded. They are kinda thick and I think that makes them easier to do. I just get them shaped up and no matter who I get it comes out perfect. Never the same, but perfect in different ways. 1 lady might do more of an arch, one might focus more on this or that, either way I always leave pleased. read more

By the lady who works there I just walk in noticed she was blowing her nose..after she was done, she asked me to have a seat. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded for the past 10 years. I decided to try this place out instead of my usual place due to my usual place has higher pricing and wanting to find something cheaper. I'm very very happy about my experience. This girl that did my eyebrows had a very light hand. I've tried other people in my past experience and I haven't found anyone with a light hand like the girl that did mine here. It's been about two months since I last did my brows and when I wait this long it's so much pain that I can't even stay still at times. This girl was so light on my brows that I barely felt any pain!!! She did such a wonderful job on making sure both were even. I loved that she took her time. I recommend coming here. I'll definitely be coming back. I wish I would have asked for the girls name to ask for her next time. read more

Went in today, the ladies were all nice. The shapes were seemingly nice from a distance. However, the lady left a few hairs on my lid and my right eyebrow was uneven at the base which was annoying. I didn't notice any of these errors until I left. It's an okay place but I probably won't be back to this location. read more
