I only get gel mani's due to me not being able to work w acrylics. I've gone to a lot of local nail salons for gel mani's and even though it sounds basic not a lot of places do a good job..they either are too thin or too thick or the gel doesn't set right or they're either too bumpy. Idk the younger girl that does nails there but believe me when I tell you she's the best. Since shes done my nails I only want her to do them bc they always I mean ALWAYS come out looking super nice and they LASSST lol Btw she's super talented at hand designs. I have been coming for years, mostly for pedicures, today I left really disappointed, it was three new people, they said it was a 15min wait and I waited for 1 hour I get the #3 pedicure he left my nails really uneven didn't remove my callus my toe had been hurting and usually after a pedicure it feels better it's usually dead skin, he did a horrible job finished really fast didn't do nothing but paint my nails, I shouldn't have paid extra, because really he did nothing, I'm sad to say but I'm looking for a new place when the owners worked here the older man was so good the best, I hate to complain but it's not fair that I paid for bad service!!!! read more

I had the worst service here. I wanted some last minute birthday nails so I called and they told me they could see me in 2 hours at 12. Perfect! I go in and I see it's cash only, I wasn't told that on the phone. So I show my nail tech the picture I wanted and tell him but with brown. He tells me how much and I go grab some cash real quick. I come back we get started on the nails and then I notice he painted 2 nails in each finger brown and then starts to paint the other nails a burgundy color. I try to stop him and ask him what about the picture I showed him and he tells me he is doing it. I tell him no I don't want red or burgundy I only wanted brown. And then he continues To paint more nails to try and prove to me it's brown. It was not. He then gets upset and says he will change the color but will charge me more. I tell him I'm not paying more because I didn't ask for this in the first place. So he then proceeds to get up and lock the store door. Tells me I'm not leaving. I felt so unsafe. I tell him to unlock the door as I'm still sitting in the chair, since I had not Moved. He says no. So I say I'm going to call the police if you don't unlock the door. And I had to stand up and say that again for the manger to address the situation and then she offers to fix my nails AFTER she's done with the person she's working on. I tell her no thank you , I don't want to be there and we can take them off because I don't want the service. She tells me that I will still have to wait and so I let her know I want to leave and so I left there with these ugly nails on my birthday. The picture is what I wanted and showed him. I don't have a picture of my nails because I got them fixed right away but they were the middle too a taupe color and then the rest were all burgundy. Nothing like what I wanted read more

First visiting this place because of the great reviews. I showed a clear picture of the same I was looking for which the tech told me it was coffin shape. And I should her the marble design as well. The tech made me feel like I was going to get something close to the pictures I showed her... very dissatisfied and disappointed with the aftermath. And not to mention how I was over charged or maybe ‍ $55 for what looks like uneven nails. I'm not one to argue with anyone, especially at a new shop. So I decided to try this place because it's real close to my home, and they're not overcharging. When I first arrived there was no one in there except for the workers, and the air was off so it was really hot inside. I decided to get a full set and a pedicure. They turned the air on which was nice, the woman who was doing my feet did a really wonderful job. The woman who did my hands however, didn't choose the right tips for the size of my nail, so they're all a little off/short. There's bubbles in the acrylic. And she basically drilled a hole in my ring finger on my left hand, underneath my nail. If I ever decide to come back here, I guess I have to be super clear on what I'm expecting her to do for me. Overall I'm pretty disappointed, its not often that I do these things for myself and to walk out with open wounds is upsetting. read more

I got a gel manicure color 002 with white and glitter colors. The regular nail polish did not match Rose was kind enough to find a matching color for my toes. Not happy! Haven't gotten acrylics in a very long time, so I was excited to try this place out and hope they could give me a nice full set and pedicure. Well first of all I was surprised that it was an extra $8 for white french tip for full set and even an additional $5 for french tip pedicure! I wasn't expecting to spend that much, but I didn't have time to leave and go elsewhere... oh yeah and another +$1 for credit card anyway, I mentioned I only had about an hour and wanted both done at the same time. There was only one other customer there and just 2 staff out on the floor, so I just had my Mani worked on.. after 15mins I mentioned I really need my pedicure asap and only then did she call someone from the back to assist! The pedicure didn't feel complete- more cleaning/trimming was needed. The french tip esp on my pinky toes were poorly done and I needed to ask for a redo for them. As for the full set, she hurt me a few times with the drill type thing Lastly, some of them turned out crooked and not filed well! One side of the nail is sharper and squarer than the other side of the same nail that is more dull and rounded.. Overall, I just am not satisfied and will not be returning here. There's a nail salon another mile east off Cypress that's cheaper and better I will stick to!! Now that I took pics of the mistakes I'm upset I even tipped. HORRIBLE...I went to get my legs wax and had to stop the lady half way because she had noooo idea what the heck she was doing. They charged me $15 dollars for that (half a leg) which was super upsetting plus she left my leg full of wax. Then they did a poor job on my manicure, my nails started to chip the same day. The sad part is they serviced two other people that had appointments after me. Manicure was rushed. Asked for white tip and wasn't done up to par. Curves crooked and width on each nail didn't match. I'll give it to them as it was the first day nail salons were opened during this pandemic and there were only 4 employees and some didn't have lunch. Would I come back? Not sure. My tech was apologetic about the situation but doesn't make up for the rushed job and errors on my nails. Decided to come to this place cause it was the closest nail shop. I got there and I got attended right away cause there was nobody.. got a pedicure and full set my pedicure came out nice cause the young girl that works there took her time to do them.
