Terrible service. I went in for a Brazilian and it's common knowledge to apply pressure immediately after waxing to reduce pain. The lady was aggressive with the waxing and it was by far the most painful experience I've ever had getting waxed. She didn't even remove all the hair and charged an extra $10 to do the butt strip which everywhere else comes with the standard Brazilian. I will not be returning. Not bad. Eyebrow shape was done well. Only a couple things. I have a personal peeve about threading techs pressing down on your eyeballs, as it makes me uncomfortable. (Too aggressive) And price out the door was different than what was told over the phone. Overall, not bad but room for improvement. read more

I went today to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady who did my eyebrows did a horrible job she left one eyebrow thinner than the other one and I have them microbladed how can she messed them up!!? Now I have to let them regrow again because of her stupidity and ignorance she was rushing and I for sure knew that was a red flag. However, the Brazilian was extremely rough, and she ended up burning me and leaving wax stuck to my skin which was painful to remove cuz my skin was swelling up. My skin is sensitive to wax so that's why I chose threading. Afterwards she applied a toner to sooty my skin. What a cute little place!! Very clean and sanitized. As soon as you walk in they ask you to sanitize your hands. Then they take you to a chair and get to work. I really needed my eyebrows done!!
