I had an appointment and was 10 minutes late but had to wait over 2 hours because he said that due to me being late, he had to take in another girl who's appointment was at 2:15 when my appointment was at 2. How does that make sense?? If my appointment was at 2, wouldn't that mean you would set about an hour for the appointment before booking the next one? Nope nope nope. I just got home and inspected my toes and am so disappointed. I am 9 months pregnant, literally giving birth next week and tried this place for a pedicure. I am very *particular* about my nails and always expect that I'll walk out of a pedi service satisfied. I was not. For one, the tech was extremely light handed. I paid for the highest service which included scrub, callus treatment, and massage. I swear it felt like she used a feather light touch. It felt like she barely even got any of my cuticles with the pusher...it was as if she was barely holding the tool. I let that slide as I don't have an ounce of energy to complain or ask for a better job. I figured at least she'd polish them decently. Being that I have a huge pregnant belly, I literally couldn't see past it. When the tech helped my put my shoes on, from a distance the polish seemed fine so I paid and left. Now that I'm home and can take a good look at them, I HATE them. The polish is thick, goopy, and uneven. The lines are not clean at the cuticle edge and she didn't clean up paint that got on surrounding skin. So now I have to spend the evening contorting my legs all kinds of ways in order to take this horrible polish off and redo them myself. Not worth the 70 I paid at all. Complete waste of my money. Complete waste of my time. Especially during a period when I reaaaaallly needed and deserved something good, something worth my money. UPSET! I literally am on the verge of tears. read more

My MISTAKE was returning to this salon. I like small nail salons without all the chaos and having the techs rush. I had gotten a mani/pedi from them before and I was satisfied and that's why I chose to go back. I asked for almond shaped acrylics. The shape of my nails when he was done was so nasty. The nails were so uneven. Overall they were just UGLY. He didn't even push down or treat my cuticle when doing the nails. The acrylic was done in a messy way all over my finger. I wish I would be taken a picture after becase my hands were all ashy from the filing. No lotion or dusting done afterwards. The next day I started to notice my cuticles were inflamed and itchy. Sure enough I was getting an ALLERGIC REACTION. I called them to ask for help and the guy pretty much told me to go figure it out at another nail salon, and sounded surprised as if an allergic reaction could never happen. I used to love this nail salon till they switched owners and completely changed there staff. I went in less than a week ago I believe last Thursday and now it's Wednesday. Everything was great they were friendly did my nails good had great new nails colors which was exciting. I just got a basic gel manicure. Fast forward 3 days later the gel is already chipping and looking like it's been past 2 weeks. Then tonight i noticed the gel was lifted on the back of my nail so I just peeled it all off. It was so easy too came off like nothing. I don't think she cured them long enough so now I have this disaster on my nails from peeling it and I wasted $40 bucks! Not going back.
