There was zero privacy; everything was out in the open, and I constantly felt like just another number. The doctor never seemed to remember what was done from one visit to the next, and it was clear there was no real continuity of care. What's worse, my teeth have shifted again because a wisdom tooth came down--something that should have been foreseen in the panoramic X-ray. But that critical detail was overlooked. The orthodontist is so overwhelmed, bouncing between multiple patients at once, that any one-on-one attention is virtually nonexistent.
