Brandy/Brandi entirely disrespected my mother by being aggressive towards her. She involved herself in two separate conversations, one being that Newman's would no longer be allowed at our home, and despite her fellow paramedics telling her to stop and to leave, tried to be aggressive with my mother about it instead of going to the ambulance where my bleeding grandmother was. Hopefully, Brandy/Brandi will seek anger management classes. This is beyond reprehensible and the situation in no way required her to be aggressive. It did not affect the immediate care of her patient and she was dismissive of her patient's daily caregiver because she wasn't the patient. Absolutely disgusted I even had to contact Newman's over this. read more

This ambulance service totally disrespected my deceased daughter on December 4th 2022 then deleted my daughters records now they won't let me back in the building to get my daughter's new records again I had to call the police read more
