Andre measured our ducts himself, then installed a damper four inches too narrow for the main duct. Either he never checked, or he checked and installed it anyway. It took three months and his own technician to admit what was wrong. He ordered the correct part in May, told us it arrived in June, then never came back to install it. When I finally left a review, he answered within hours -- after weeks of ignoring my emails: "the review must be removed before we come back or Il just return it." Then, an hour later: "I don't even want to work for you at all... you can take a walk." Six months on, our zoning system still doesn't zone, we're paying to heat/cool two-thirds of a floor nobody is using, and the part we paid for is sitting in his shop.

In the middle of executing my plan for a DYI project, I figured out that Home Depot and Lowes does not cut sheet metal for their customers. Yet, I still needed to acquire 2 13x25 inch panels of sheet metal. So, I let Yelp.com point me in the right direction to a business. On my second call, I found Karl at Duct Gauge Heating. He asked me about my aims for the project and I shared that I was hoping that the project wouldn't be too expensive. He was so helpful and knew the exact type of metal that would be magnetic. He offered to cut them from scraps within his shop and, realizing that I needed to pick up the pieces on Saturday, he shared he would leave them just outside his door for me. As planned on Saturday, I found them just outside that door. He delivered two perfectly sized pieces, and when I returned home, I discovered that the pieces fit the frames beautifully. He knows exactly how to "Measure twice & Cut once!" and he was more than fair about the cost to both his business and his customer! These are the makings of a good local business. All Week sent a technician who rewired the system and broke the air in the basement…read more Buyer Beware. They failed to properly document a service visit, and refused to explain what happened. The claim is that the invoice was from 3 years ago, and nobody that works there now, was working there three years ago! Suspicious. The technician (Mark) came to my home and "rewired" the system, causing the A/C in the basement to fail. They have refused to provide a last name, telling me that this is because they prohibit customers from contacting the technicians directly. After all, they don't want to lose business. Passed Around. I called All Week, spoke with somebody, who redirected me to Yola, who redirected me to Christina. Yola provided misinformation, stating that nothing was touched in my system, that this was solely an inspection. I proceeded to remind her that the invoice states that something was "rewired". She went on to state, that I didn't understand how technicians write. No Stars. I don't leave 1-star reviews, as it seems it is out of spite. Review my account and see there are zero 1-star reviews. Leaving 2-stars doesn't accurately reflect my rating for this business. Wild Price Swings. Christina said the cost is $145 for a visit. Yola said the price is $125. This is for a verbal report only. If you need them to write up a statement, they will charge $425. They charged me $265. Their pricing swings wildly. The actual pricing can be answered with another question: how much are you willing to pay? Broken A/C System. They came to see what was wrong, broke the A/C by rewiring something. Now they want me to pay for somebody else to come and diagnose what they broke. I'm calling AJ Perri, at least he posts some informative responses on Quora. Everybody at All Week is anonymous. Not to mention employee retention and customer retention is non-existent.
