Do not use! Would give zero stars if I could. I do not know if we have been totally scammed or not, but in the end, ~$4,200 later and nothing changed at all. The A/C still isn't working. We had a second opinion and their observation was that it appeared as though nothing was done on the unit (I cannot verify this, as I know nothing about HVAC). I even sent our news guys the All Week invoice to double check the work. The situation - our AC unit was not working - the compressor was blowing air, but the inside temperature was significantly higher than where we were setting the thermostat. It's also mid-July, so quite hot out. The good: - The did come out to perform an evaluation on the unit with a tech on the same day, they did run some diagnostics, and thought they located the problem. (~$400 for the visit) The bad: - It took them two weeks to even send an invoice / return our calls, despite having told us we would hear the next day. We called literally every single day to schedule the repair, and did not hear anything; no calls back (despite hearing from the operator we would get a call back "that day" multiple times. - They came out once, tried to fix the problem - in fairness to them they said they may uncover other issues - but the first visit the tech said we would get A/C that evening. Spoiler, it didn't happen. (~$1,300 for the visit / repair) - We scheduled a second visit - this time we were getting upset - to finally fix the problem, which they said was that the unit needed more freon. So we get the freon, the tech says we should be okay for the rest of the summer, and we can revisit in the spring. ($1,500). - So for the low low cost of ~$4,200 there was zero change in the temperature in the house. Keep in mind, these units are only like 6-7 years old. - They never followed up, despite us getting very upset with them several times. The manager, (Sam?) way overpromised, "he'll help out with this, he can cut a break on that...etc...etc.." Just snake oil sales BS, in my opinion. I figured those tactics were well in the past. I was dead wrong. We hired another company to take a look at it, they showed me the pressure gauges that showed zero freon in the unit they were supposed to repair. The tech thought that All Week must have come 3-4 years ago given the repair work (again his perception, not mine). When I told him that they came 10 days ago his advice was to never use them ever again. I even tipped the tech, which was stupid of me. Lesson learned. We decided not to send good money after bad and completely restarted with someone else. If you read this review, and you still hire them, its your problem. I am taking the time to write a "must" review for ALL WEEK AIR out of Garfield Bergen County NJ. and an extraordinary technician Alex R. Sunday July 19th 2020 around 1 AM my wife and I returned from spending more than the normal winter months in Florida due to the Covid pandemic with its unfortunate havoc it is reaping on NJ and now again Florida. Our home system didn't seem to be cooling the home properly but with the late hours we retired for the moment. Later that morning there still was a situation and after the usual husband I can figure it out troubleshooting my wife researched and chose ALL WEEK AIR for the troubleshooter to call. The time frame from when I made the call to the unit being Serv "FIXED" and our home cooled from the call service then the dispatcher then Alex R. the tech was less then an HOUR!!!!!!!...We are beyond grateful for ALL WEEK and Alex R for their honesty and integrity to our situation!!!!!..btw the problem was the condenser burnt out because the units booklet was left in the unit from our last service call 2 years ago and was slowly catching fire!!!!!!.... Please be informed that it has been an experience working with Alex R. Yesterday we had a new air conditioning unit installed, but experienced a hiccup once the thermostat was recalculated for the new unit.I called service and Alex called back immediately as my heat was not working and we were experiencing COLD temps in the house even though unit stated 85 degrees. Alex came over after 11:00 PM and tried to resolve the issue - it was a temporary fix, but ALEX came back today ....the new unit is working properly and the heat is also working (even in May)! Yesterday night at 11:00 pm, our furnace stopped working all of a sudden. With the temperature quickly dropping both inside the house and outdoors, we were in a panic about what to do. Luckily, All Week Air Condition rescued us! After calling them at 11:30 pm, they were able to get someone over to our house within 45 minutes. Alex R., the technician, was phenomenal. He was professional, pleasant, and explained everything that was going on to us. He was truly wonderful and replaced the broken thermocouple that was causing the problem quickly and efficiently. Let me start by saying I am thrilled what the service I just recieved from this company. I been dealing with a problem on my air conditions system for the past three years, I had many companies in my house this summer guessing around the issue I have with my system up till I got the field supervisor Ryan from all week who showed up to my house on time not only that, he was able to locate the issue I been dealing with which was my evaporator coil. Advised me with the best way to resolve the problem, gave me a very resonable price to fix it, and most of all got it fixed for me the same day. They inspected my A/C unit and said at minimum would cost a couple thousand dollars in parts to fix, and moreover then pushed me to buy a new unit for over five thousand dollars. They were extremely vague as to what parts would be required to fix the unit and didn't test the parts. They also said that it's very unlikely they would be able to get the parts in stock for weeks, thus pushing for a new unit. I called another firm who got it done for a fraction of the cost!
