I didn't have the tags or receipt any more and they refused to even give me a store credit since it was longer than fifteen days since purchase. Really! I try to shop local and expect local customer service instead of the impersonal service of big box stores.

I stood at the register while the associate looked at me from across the shop while having a casual conversation with a lady who must have been a regular. I waited thinking maybe she would call the other girl to help me. Nope. She just looked at me again and kept talking. I was about to spend quite a bit of money on these clothes. I'm heading back North after 7 years here and thought I'd stop in one last time. I put the clothes on a nearby table and walked out Not a word. I'm not going to stand there waiting to give you my money and be ignored. It's too bad. I really liked shopping at Kendra's.

It's very organized in this store and the dressing rooms are spacious with plenty of mirrors. It's in between winter and spring so some of the sizes were picked over , but still a lot to choose from.
