And no refund crazy cause I went down to get it later that day and no way you could miss it ! When I called they didn't call back so I decided to drive down and when I got there they then said that they had sent out 2 drivers ???? Wtf do they need 2 for? Unreal honestly I was shocked that they wouldn't give me something back I wouldn't have mind to pay for just the inconvenience but this is ridiculous!!!!

Rescued by Vinny I…read morewas in a challenging situation made worse by a nearby competitor when I had the good fortune to arrive at Littleton Auto Body and discover the generosity of Vinny who single-handedly solved my problem expeditiously with skill and grace. I was on a tight schedule to cover almost 200 miles to get the car to my daughter for her camping trip when I discovered a headlight required a new bulb. I called a repair shop near Littleton Auto Body and was told they could have me on my way in 20 minutes. Instead, they sold me the bulb I needed, then told me it couldn't be replaced without removing the battery and possibly the grille, that they were fully booked so couldn't help me that day, and the best they could do was allow me to return the bulb. A Google search led me to nearby Littleton Auto Body where Vinny helped me immediately. With some vigorous contortion, Vinny was able to remove the burnt-out bulb, offered to replace it with the standard bulb he had in stock, but noted that the burned-out bulb was high intensity, which I needed. He allowed me to go back to the shop that had disappointed me and repurchase the bulb I'd returned. (The man at the repair shop insisted again that it was impossible to perform this bulb replacement without removing the battery and probably more so he was sure - erroneously -- that Vinny was replacing the wrong bulb.) As soon as I got back to Littleton Auto Body, Vinny installed the bulb. (It wasn't easy to do.) When I asked Vinny what I owed him in addition to my profound gratitude, he said we were all set and had me put my wallet away. Although I've written very few reviews, I'm delighted to write this one. Go to Littleton Auto Body. My daughter's truck fan would run for several minutes after shutting it off. The second time she got it back it was leaking oil and smoking like crazy... It was not doing that when she brought it in. The fan problem was a simple fix of a new thermostat and they couldn't even figure it out the first 2 visits. The last visit they finally figured it out, but it was smoking and leaking oil when she picked it up this time. So she brought it back to have them right their wrong. Apparently their mechanic broke something on the motor while troubleshooting... Again! They overused the truck while test driving it....I guess it's ok to joyride in the customers rigs while having the rig in their care for two plus week both times they were supposed to be fixing it... And didn't. This is unacceptable any way you look at it. Now they're telling her truck has a broken spacer on the engine causing the oil leak. This was NOT a problem before their mechanic broke it. They won't admit their mistakes and it's going to cost so much to fix, my daughter already paid them $2400, she can't afford to get it worked on by anyone else, and it's not usable the way it is. Sorry for the rant, but this is so wrong that I felt everyone needs to know what kind of business they run. It really looks like they break things while fixing the original problem, so customers have to keep going back and wasting more time and $$$. So, don't let this happen to you!! Unfortunately this is an old trick by mechanics to make more $$$ at the customers expense. If you go to a mechanic for one simple problem to be fixed, you shouldn't have more problems when you pick it up after supposedly being fixed in the first place. Since they won't own up to their mess up, we are reporting them to the better business bureau and warning everyone we know that they are not trustworthy and they are rude with customers they have screwed over

When I finally did get to talk to someone she told me the window for my kitchen was damaged in transit and they have no information on when it will be in(no one called me to tell me this) she said she would get some information and call me back... never got a call back. I've now been on hold again for 15 minutes, to have someone answer and say someone had Covid and they are taking precautions. This has nothing to do with making a phone call out to just give some information I understand being short staffed but to not reach back out to your customers or inform them of what will happening with products that have been paid for to just sit for months/weeks with no call back is absurd. I'm not typically a person to give a bad review but all i asked for was a phone call or email even if the install couldn't be done and i couldn't even get that! I wont personally ever be dealing with them again.

He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, and was on the phone ordering the part he needed right after that. We have a foreign vehicle, and it was a custom engine part. Part arrived quickly, and as soon as the engine cooled down enough to do the work, it was fixed in under an hour. $110 for the part, $60 for the labor, and we were back on the road!
