I finally asked how much longer and he said he was helping another customer. I left the store and went to Verizon in Matawan employee was on the phone with another customer and asked what I needed. Told her I just needed to swap routers , took all of 5 minutes and while she was on the phone helping someone. I will never use Spotswood Verizon and someone should look to retrain the person working there 7/5 @ 11:25am

No one is answering my calls but the technician who is or was here is a very talented person. Not only knows his work but is professional, pleasant, and prices are competitive. I especially appreciated the fast service and honesty concerning turnaround times for the repairs. This was a real "oasis" in the desert of ridiculously high prices for repairs, delays in turnaround times, and overall less than client centric service. If we had the option, I'd rate this business with 10 stars.
