After a long day at work(I work in the harbor in Newport) I was on my way home, when my car ran out of gas. Or at least that is what I thought happened. My gas was low, but not to the point where I would normally run out, so I called up Newport Beach Towing to see if they could bring me some gas as I didn't have AAA at the time. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful and assured me that they would show up soon to get me rolling again. Zach showed up shortly there after with 5 gallons of gas for me. This is where the above and beyond service of this company comes into play. We proceeded to put the gas in my car, and without even asking, Zach insisted that I get my car running before he took off. Well it's a good thing he did, because despite having gas in my car, it would still not start. At this point Zach asked me some questions, one of which was, " do you run your car at the bottom end of your gas tank often?" which sadly was the case. He went on to explain that this can be taxing on both your fuel filter and fuel pump. Having sorted that out, Zach offered a great rate to tow my car to my mechanic to get things sorted out. The service provided by Newport Beach Towing is professional, prompt, and safe. Needing to have your car towed is not something we plan for or want to happen. Accordingly, having to get your car towed is often a stressful and burdensome experience. Not with Newport Beach Towing! My boyfriend and I unexpectedly experienced a flat and needed some road assistance. Thankfully, Newport Beach Towing was available to provide us with the assistance we needed.
