My car broke down on the side of the road and AAA had a 2.5 hour ETA. I found Victor via Yelp and although he was already with a client too far away, he helped me so much! I was in need of a Tow Asap after AAA was not able to help me find a tow company that was willing to tow my car to my destination due to the front broken axel on my car. I hit a pothole and ended up with both of my right side tires flat. I found Mr Ballesteros Towing & Roadside online with excellent reviews. Victor was extremely cordial and provided advice. He mentioned that I would require a flatbed which he did not have at the moment, and also directed me to a couple tire shops nearby. The tire shops were closed by that time so I called up a towing service with a flatbed. 10-15 minutes later while waiting, a person showed up and called my name. Backstory: My dad crashed my car Saturday night and I needed the car to be towed to my house on Sunday. Knowing that it was Sunday a lot of places were closed. Put it this way, every towing service that was open "24/7" never picked up their phones!! The phone rang twice when I called and these guys picked up right away. Great customer service and within the hour my car was where it needed to be. And the price is ridiculously cheap! I still can't believe I came across this amazing company! I received amazing service, quick and for a great price! A couple years ago I paid another company $200 to take my car from my house to a shop which was 1.7 miles away and the guy was 2 hours late! So you could imagine how stressed I was when my alternator went out. I found Victors shop on here and called and he answered almost immediately. I explained to him my situation and where I needed my car to be and he immediately quoted me for $90!
