Our AC unit stopped working and we have been in this long heat wave. I was worried that they would…read morebe too busy to come assess the problem but Jon came out that same afternoon. Initially, it was definitely the sensor not working, which would inform whether the board worked or not. He had a really hard time finding the right sensor - everywhere was out - but he persisted and found one in San Marcos, which he drove to pick up. Once installed, he realized it was also the board. It was after 5 pm at this time and suppliers were closing so the board didn't get replaced that night. The next morning, he was able to find a board in San Antonio, drove to get it and had it installed before 1pm. We were back in action with the house cooling down by 1:30/2 pm. The new board actually came with a sensor so, instead of charging me for the first one he secured, he returned it and saved us almost $300. They were fast to react, persistent in trying to find the parts, very professional and friendly, reasonable cost, and for sure hard working. I highly recommend Miculka mechanical and they are now my official go-to AC company!
