He never said anything about the sleeves being more expensive, and so when I discovered it after getting home I called and another person answered and was ready to make the adjustment, but the ex-owner took the phone and told me it was clear I could afford it and if I don't like it then return the sleeves. Belligerent and indignant customer service. You have been warned. He claims to be the largest Davidoff dealer on the east coast, which I know for a fact is not true. He has never won a Gold Band, and in fact did not even know what the Davidoff Gold Band award was. He may not know about the Gold Band, but Davidoff will know about him and his service.

I came back to flyers all over my car saying "ok to be towed". I have a medical condition causing extreme dizziness that makes walking long distances very hard so the spot was most convinient for me, but he wouldnt even let me explain. Absolutely terrible experience and will never go into the store (not that I would anyway). I called to talk to the manager and she basically told me I was making everything up. Very dissapointed.
