It's not worth getting robbed or gunned down by a stray bullet to get my car washed. That leaves this particular wash on the base at patuxent River. It was recently renovated but still features brushes. I would prefer that they had installed a touchless car wash. The lowest price wash here is 8 bucks. It does a poor job of rinsing and drying your car. My car was left with soap and water on after driving out as slowly as I could. All in all it's a disappointing purchase.

When I moved back to the area, I didn't hesitate to resume using this shop for my auto needs. But their quality has suffered. We brought my Traverse to them for a noise issue and it was returned it to me with the same noise occurring. Another example is we asked them to diagnose an issue with our Pontiac. They suggested a $800+ service of replacing the spark plugs. I was assured that the car ran as good as new. Except as I drove away from the lot, I could tell that the car was just the same. Long story short, the transmission is shot and needs to be rebuilt. They wasted our money and lost our trust. We are very disappointed and will no longer be their customers. It's a real shame.

As well the gas is fairly expensive, about $0.15 more per gallon than the Wawa located 5 miles south on Route 4.

He was able to do the car detailing on site while we did our own household chores. Most importantly, the work he did on the interior of our 6-year-old SUV was amazing.
