A tasty hero can't completely overcome a confounding order kiosk that would rather waste your time barking a relentless barage of upgrades as to make your time getting a sandwich downright maddening. I could decipher the nuclear codes in less time than it takes to order an Italian sub. It also doesn't help that toppings and condiments that are gratis at Wawa all come with an upcharge that delivers two heros and drinks for a usurious $40. Holy Sheetz. Even though I still had a ways to go before reaching home I already had made plans to stop here for food to take with me. Seeing how it had been a while since I had eaten any Sheetz I was already going to place a big order to take with. The lot, to me, was large and welcoming. It allowed for good flow of people coming and going. You can tell that this looks like an older footprint of a layout. I do have to say that the one entrance/exit is a bit confusing with how the road works here...trust me, this is weird and you have to see it to understand it. The staff worked swiftly in here. I ordered my food, went to the facilities, got myself a drink and paid, by that time my food was ready. That's the thing that is convenient of a Sheetz. You can occupy your time until you food is ready and it is as if no time passed. The food itself was on par and what I had a yearning for. Like I said it was a while from ordering until consuming, but the food held up to my expectations. I had a full belly of Sheetz and a decent night ahead of me for vegging out. read more

My household used to love Sheetz food but over time we started to become disappointed. Not only do the prices keep going up, but the quality is going down, and Sheetz is getting skimpier with quantities, toppings, sauces, etc. They often don't include everything we asked for in our order and when we tell them they say we never asked for the item, yet our receipt shows we did. The last nachos grande I ordered was almost dry, due to the skimpy amount of sauce. We got Sheetz this evening and the skimpiness was even worse, though it cost almost $50 for the food. We are done with Sheetz and will do business elsewhere. read more

Pretty average Sheetz, but someone needs to teach the kitchen staff the difference between all of their various sauces or how to read. I'm real tired of ordering food with habanero or spicy asian sauce and getting buffalo. This has happened like every time for the last two months. I'm absolutely sick of buffalo sauce. Done here, except for gas. Going in the store takes me 12 minutes on average and that's to get coffee only. Cashiers do not take my time as important, they talk to all the customers for too long about things that don't apply to their purchase. Being polite is cute but not if being polite to one takes the time of everybody in the line. Also they don't staff their shifts appropriately. I realize cutting hours is managements fix for poor training as to cut costs but this store just cut costs at expense for quick service. Now that I think about it I'm buying my gas from a retailer that values their customers. read more

I would highly recommend to all those that use their app to verify your food is done and correct PRIOR to paying a single dime. I have now had 4 bad experiences. Yes, I know I should only blame myself after the 2nd time, but the location of Sheetz Store #318 (20760 Old Great Mills Road, Great Mills, MD) is minutes from my office (seconds really), but after today's screw up and lack of caring has made me go BACK to the store and complain. I complained once while there to the manager and felt as if the manager just didn't care and was like, have a nice day. Screw you! I placed and order for a breakfast platter via their app, but this time not only did they forget something (shocker), but when they handed it to me they put it in a bag vertical. WTH! I took my order and went to work, after getting to work and opening my F'd up meal, I noticed it was missing the shredded cheese and my ranch dressing. At this point I returned to the store and told them to remake the breakfast which they did, but was not offered any kind of Gift Card, money back, etc. Nothing, just a "sorry" and out you go, more or less. I informed the manager that due to his lack of caring I will more than likely not be returning for the foreseeable future. I frequent this store more then 3 maybe 4 times a week. Yes, I'm only one customer and may not affect your business but then again. I do have a Facebook account and my wife has a twitter account, I may create a twitter account just to inform others to watch out as it seems that Sheetz has gone from a good/reliable place of business to a place that just doesn't care, as long as they get your money. read more

I love sheets. Almost all of the sheets I stop at are nice, clean, and friendly. I usually stop for coffee and a bite to eat before heading into work. This Sheetz on great mills has let me down. Every morning the coffee is old or down and the place is dirty. Mind you later in the day it's in good condition. But now that I work mornings I'm forced to avoid it and go out of my way to go to another one. Early morning shift is the reason for this I believe and the lack of supervision. Needs a big change before I'm using that one again for my moorning stop. read more

I'm giving them 4 stars because they let me go to the restroom. Freaking-A, we went a bit too far south in Southern Maryland and drove around for 45 minutes stopping at gas stations and stores trying to find a public restroom. Everyone was about to pop. Literally, POP. For crying out loud, you'd think that folks would be friendlier about use of their restrooms if they are a gas station or restaurant down there in God's country. So, this Sheetz is awesome in my book for having a public restroom. (As an aside, we also ordered some sandwiches and burgers and onion rings, which were all good). SO, if you drive south of this Sheetz (and you don't have a reliable place to pursue a nature call in a sanitary manner), remember to STOP HERE and use the restroom! read more

I love this sheets but ......I was there the other day and as I was walking out at 4 am in the morning a girl started cussing me out and I did not say anything to her I should have punched her in the mouth but I was the adult and walked away. Well the next day I told a lady and the manager about it and they told me she cussed out the main manager as well....so I thought she would be fired ......I was wrong this morning I go in and she is there. Now what really gets me is that she was fired from the other sheets and now she works at this one and is cussing out customer's and get boss!!!! This is insane but it needs to be taken care of . It is bad for business to have trash like that working for you. She even looks like trash . Yup I said it and I don't care I just know I feel some type of way. read more
