This was like visiting a friend after not seeing them for a while. Where I moved to I don't have too many Sheetz opportunities anymore. I really hope that they expand into the DMV area more, not just the V portion of it. I pulled in with a bit of excitement because it had been a minute since I was able to grab an XL cup of their sweet tea, tap on their screens, and browse the store for sweet treats. I did manage to contain myself when I finally entered the store. I went straight for the facilities first as it had been a long day already and I was in need of relief. Facilities were standard and clean. My next objective in here was to get myself a XL cup of that sweet, sweet tea. It's like the nectar of the gods to me. Once that was in hand, capped, and straw placed, I made my way to the register. Usually I would self checkout here, but I was in need of something behind the register. I had a very minimal wait and was at the counter. The employee behind the counter was pleasant and quick. Before long, I was outside in the sun enjoying my sweet tea. I would give this location zero stars if I could. The female manager, Bev, there displays a complete lack of professionalism. When I approached Bev with a simple question, Bev outright refused to respond. After being compelled to reach out to another store, I tried calling back multiple times, only to be directed to voicemail every time. It wasn't until my 14th attempt that the female manager, Bev, finally answered. Bev interrupted me and threatened to involve the police for 'harassment.' This unacceptable behavior deserves to be condemned, especially from someone in a management position. I hope enough people read this so that it reaches the regional manager, who can take action to address Bev's disrespect toward customers. read more

They have a pump that is broken and it's STILL broken. The locking latch doesn't work and it won't stop the gas from pouring out ! There was an incident that I had with this pump where the gas would not stop pumping. Because of this it got all over my clothes and burned my hand and leg with a chemical burn. I had to go to urgent care ! I have video of it broken and when we went in to tell someone, no one was in the store ! Have that on video too ! Ridiculous that they don't even inspect the pumps like they are supposed to ! I need an 800 number to call ! read more

This Sheetz was built when I was a senior in high school. I used to go once a week or so for a footlong italian sub after school. I could always depend on Sheetz for a good sub even in the years after returning from college. I no longer live in the area but visit a few times a year for holidays and special occasions. I had the great idea of grabbing a sub before leaving town when I visited for Christmas. Bad idea...the veggies weren't fresh and the meat was lacking. It's not what it used to be but before I write off Sheetz completely I may try the Sheetz on Great Mills rd next time. read more

They sold contaminated gas (more water than petrol) on Oct 20 so my vehicle had a engine malfunction alett that I neede to service. After they emptied the tank to save me from any further harm it cost me $540 to get rid if their water! This is fraud and I hope authorities read these posts to take action! read more

For this first-timer Sheetz was a pleasure. Their easy in, easy out for gas operation was made even better because I can pump it myself. Their coffee bar is well stocked with no empty urns and the staff are all brimming with genuine southern hospitality. It seems no one has taught them the customer service scowl which is extremely popular in the Garden State. I know it's a convenience store and I'm not expecting world-class food options but clean and edible will suffice - and if tasty is in the mix, fantastic. All in all they make a very respectable chicken salad so this carpetbagger is thrilled. On my scorecard they hit a triple and in the best way possible... Sheetz happens. read more

This Sheetz is newer and has just about everything, burgers, fries, cheesesteaks, deli sandwich's etc but I do not feel the quality of the meats is as good as WAWA. This place has a freshness issue. Also this is at a very busy corner that is hard to get in and out of especially during peak hours. I've lived in the area for 10 years now and have been here maybe 3 times but have gone to WAWA hundreds of times. Its a shame because I like the menu here better but prefer the higher quality of other nearby places. The prices are fair. read more

This place is not nearly as organized and nice as the other local Sheetz. I've come twice since dining to town earlier this week, and both times the kitchen staff were slow and did not get mine and other customers' orders correct. Today I was in there for nearly a half an hour waiting for 4 drinks- 2 steamers and 2 lattes. I've never even waited that long for my drinks when Starbucks has had a line with 15 people. This was insane. When I reminded the worker a few times that I still didn't get my full order, she kept working on new orders and didn't finish mine til the other that came in after mine were completed. She said she was new, and I get that it is Christmas, but customer service is still a thing. read more

I think I'd like it more if the didn't advertise prices for stuff and then tell you at the counter that you only get that price with a Sheetz card... And you have to give them your drivers license # for a Sheetz card which I think is a bit too much sharing. So I doubt I'll go back to a Sheetz. read more
