I called Express Towing, and within 15-20 minutes a driver arrived. From the moment he got there, his professionalism and concern for safety stood out. He immediately set up hazard lights/flares, instructed me to safely exit my vehicle, and guided me to the far side of the road away from traffic. He was friendly, courteous, and reassuring during a stressful situation. To my surprise, he was able to change my tire in about 10-15 minutes, and I was safely back on the road in no time.
