We had them install upper and lower cabinets with a tool box and chose the black coin floor. It's very well lighted, interior and exterior, and fits all of our needs. Josh Krehbiel was a very attentive and knowledgeable salesman and very easy to work with. Suzette Young had the paperwork ready and quickly had us back on the road hauling the trailer home. They also took care of the DMV paperwork and put a license plate on it. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and their grounds and office facility were very well maintained. We called and were quoted the hourly rate and was able to book him right away. The hourly rate was a bit pricey, but in the end it was worth it because he was able to fix everything on my list. An hour or less after my husband called and booked him, he showed up with his truck and fully equipped/stocked trailer. I told him what the issues with my RV were. He came inside and took off his shoes, which I immediately was impressed by. It ended up that the heater wasn't working because of a bad regulator. He had one and was able to install it right away. Another issue required a hose and he had to drive to the hardware store. Although he was there for about two hours, he was pretty quick and efficient. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular customer for maintenance reasons and hopefully not repairs that I would need.

One day the owner was driving one of the dealership vehicles (a red Nissan SUV, with last 3 digits of license plate "...385." He was pulling into the Golden Corral parking lot on hershberger rd in Roanoke VA, as I was leaving the area. When he thought that I was trying to get a parking spot in front of the restaurant, the owner of Henry's Auto Sales went bazerk!!!! He began blowing the horn aggressively, turning beet red in the face, sticking up his middle finger and his fist, while cursing with his passenger in the vehicle. Little did this so-called man know, I wasn't even trying to get a parking spot. I was leaving the shopping area. He was not only offensive, but disrespectful and threatening as well. I felt that he was going to get out of his vehicle, and become physical with me and my passenger. His passenger was just as violent. He did this all for a spot that I didn't want. He even tried to wreck into our vehicle if we had not moved. UNACCEPTABLE! How did I know he was the owner of Henry's Auto Sales? Because I called and asked the receptionist if the owner had returned from Golden Corral yet, and she said that he was still there with his friend, but that he would be back in an hour :) Great information :) You thought that ypu would never hear about this incident again Henry huh?
