Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more *AVOID* this establishment. I had used this place twice in the past, and unfortunately, both experiences resulted in mediocre work. I decided to give them another chance primarily because of the convenience of having them close to my home. I dropped off several hats on 8/11/26 and figured that a full week would be more than enough time to complete the work. I stopped by today, 8/17/26, only to find that my hats were still sitting untouched in the exact same spot where I had dropped them off. The owner explained that he didn't have my logo on file, despite having completed the exact same logo on one of my hats just a month ago. When I asked why no one had contacted me, he stated that they had called. I then asked why no voicemail was left, and at that point, the conversation became increasingly defensive. I also asked why a follow-up call wasn't made after supposedly being unable to reach me. Rather than taking responsibility for the lack of communication and the fact that my order had not even been started after a week, the owner became extremely upset and rude. Mistakes and delays can happen--that's understandable. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability throughout the entire situation. Save yourself the time, money, and unnecessary stress. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and communicate professionally. Very unpleasant experience, to say the least.

Juan's response is comical…read more 1) Juan is the one who told me that his employee was fired for being a "tweeker"... he used that person as a scapegoat for why my order was so badly produced, He then promised to fix it himself! 2) not every shirt they printed was wrong...However, complete runs were....I STILL (years later) have dozens of shirts and hoodies that I can't sell, and won't throw away. 3) all kids hoodies were completely ruined, partially printed (front but not back). You won't see any children with my business hoody...and I still have them all. Some weren't printed at all. 4) my favorite logos/colors on shirts, I never even got one for myself, because Juan or his employee, stole my Large Canvas shirts. 5) As I unpacked the large ordered hoodies and shirts Juan delivered to me, I noticed hoodies missing. So I called Juan. He apologized and said he had them there, but he couldn't deliver them...so, I went down and picked them up. 6) there were s number of different computers shirts and logos, so it took me a while to count them all.. so days later when I finished, I realized there were a huge number of Large shirts missing (I'm a large)... I then called Juan who apologized and said they were there at his place! Because I already drove to him for one of his mistakes, he offered to bring me the shirts...he never did. 100% on the lives of my family, these are the facts. Juan bit off more than he could chew with the size of my job. He hired someone HE CALLED a tweeker obviously because he needed an employee to help him. It backfired and I got ripped off. I went to a few places prior to squeegee prints to try and save a buck but was disappointed every time but had to just take the L because I was being cheap. I've now had 4 different designs printed with squeegee prints and EVERY single time they have knocked it out of the park. Their process is really easy to follow and it something is off they're always quick to give me other options with color matching or even similar garments that could even save me money sometimes.
