I loved going here. They allowed me to do the text at home, in my own bed. The others wanted me in their sleep study facility at a much higher cost. Although this office was well over 50 miles one-way, I am glad I choose them. The equipment was explained very well. They even had me put it all together to make sure I understood. The test went very well. The only problem I had was the wait between the test and getting the actual c-pap. That was not this office's fault. It had to do with my insurance and the place they insisted I use for my equipment. When it arrived, they again went over all the instructions. I didn't like the first mask we used and actually had to go to a third one, but it was awesome. They were very patient and answered all my questions. I recommend this place highly to anyone needing a sleep study done. read more

Be sure to be specific in your questions when talking with the person setting up your account. My fault as I only asked what if I have problems using the equipment. I had let them know up front I'm allergic to silicone which 90% of masks are made from. They only carried one full face style with a foam gasket and assured me they would do whatever they could to help if I have problems. They didn't go into detail what that help entailed or that if neither of the 2 masks available with foam seals wouldn't work there is no refund on the equipment. I was informed this morning that the money I paid out of pocket is non-refundable and if I don't return the equipment insurance will also bill me. Very odd that they said this and that the equipment can't be used again but still have to return. Total SCAM in my opinion. read more

The stars here is very professional, welcoming and thorough in explaining the test results as well as introducing me to the equipment . Training was thorough. I made a yelp account specifically to review this place. This place is absolute scum. They sold me a CPAP machine that was recalled in 2013 for faulty power supplies. The power supply burnt out in a year. Can't imagine why! They triple-charged me for the same appointment and sent me to collections until I pointed out they had already cashed the check I sent and suddenly all of that disappeared and never happened when they called me to set up another follow-up (ha) I asked them to mail me a copy of my prescription. They said they would. A month later I had to drive there in person to receive the grainiest jankest least-clear printout of my prescription possible (because of course they never mailed it) (By the way, to get this personal info, all they asked for was my name. Not any other identifying information. Hope no one's trying to steal your information from you because they make it pathetically easy to do!) They say you can't look at your phone in the back. Why? Because they charge three times what any given part costs if you look it up anywhere online. I promise you any positive reviews here are bought and paid for. Next Gen Sleep are the single biggest scam I've seen in years and I cannot possibly anti-recommend them more. There is nothing competent, professional or courteous about them. They're vultures trying to squeeze money from you by selling overpriced scam products or giving you advice that's genuinely dangerous ("clean your parts in bleach!" cleaning plastic parts that you're going to BREATHE THROUGH in bleach is a surefire way to permanently damage your lungs, do NOT do that!) Please, for your own sake, find literally anywhere else. read more

The billing department in nonexistent. You call but no one answers. You leave a message no one calls back. Said they didn't have record of my 300.00 payment and to email copy of statement to them. The email address doesn't work. No billing statements just random text messages for amount due that is incorrect. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! read more

Did a Home test, received the results a week later then have not heard back from them in 4 months about when I could get a machine or supplies. Had to purchase a face mask without insurance then 4 months later a receive a bill for more money on the mask I paid out of pocket for. I'm going to see about filing a claim with the BBB! read more

I would not recommend this place at all. The staff are disorganized for the most part rude and abrasive. When you check in they have a sign up stating you can obtain a flu shot, so I asked for it to be done and the girl said she would run my insurance and have whoever took me back to the doctors office take care of me. That never happened. The only person who did a full intake on me was very nice and thorough but rushed. The moment she was done with paperwork she was walking out of the door and said someone would be in to show me how to use the at home device. Mmmk. A staff member came in and was rushed and pushy. She put a bunch of other paperwork in front of me and said I had to sign paperwork stating I would pay $4,000 in case I didn't return the equipment. She also had me put my credit card number down which I did not appreciate one bit as I had everything covered by my insurance so I had no reason to give up my cc info to a place I've never been before. I was pressured to sign this before she would even explain how it worked or allow me to fill out my other paperwork. I wasn't even allowed to sign the privacy policy until I sign the payment info which I was later told is shredded after the equipment is returned but who knows. She just said my cc would be charged $4,000 if this equipment wasn't returned at a specific time. After she did a very quick demo for me and rushed me out of the room. I asked about my flu shot and when I was going to be notified about the data and she was rushed and just said "I don't know and you'll hear from us" and showed me the door. I asked the first girl I spoke to about the flu shot and she spoke to the woman who walked me out and they were both pretty clueless. The other staff said it wasn't something they do anymore. I explained if that was the case, they should remove the sign from the check-in window as it misleads their patients. The sleep study I attempted to do I was told was completely optional for me by the referring doctor, yet I was told over and over by this staff how I needed to do it. I wasn't able to do it anyhow because the equipment given to me actually obstructed my breathing! Go figure. I returned the equipment with no data since I couldn't use it and asked what exactly they would be billing my insurance for since the only thing they did was an office visit and staff had "no clue" as they put it. I made them give me a receipt because I just didn't trust them at all. I looked up the cost of the device they claimed would cost me $4,000 and it's only worth $250 lol. They also spammed my email about 10x within 24hrs. I got a call from the only person who did my intake and I actually liked and she gave me this attitude about having to note my chart to my doctor and I explained this was optional and I didn't do it because the equipment didn't allow me to breathe properly out of my nose and I don't breathe out of my mouth, especially when I sleep (as most people with sleep apnea do, and I don't have sleep apnea lol). My overall experience was a waste of my time and I just got the sense they had no understanding on how to deal with patients. It's sad that I ended up here solely by a referral from a doctor I really like but because of this I have less faith in. I will be sticking to my hospitals clinics only from now on. Regardless of referrals. I'm not sure why this sleep study clinic is attached to this doctors office but regardless they are very poorly operated and I'm writing this review to allow other Yelp members to avoid having to deal with what I went through. The first year my husband and I went to NextGen was basically OK, although there is a constant disconnect between the equipment supplier, Majors Medical, and the company. But it still seemed somewhat sub-par. The second-year (2019-2020) things fell apart. There was a new medical person - perhaps ais N.P. or P.A. No medical director is involved as far as we experienced, although one is shown on the web site. The new person, Rachel, didn't keep appointments (even one the owner Brad made one for me after two weren't kept); seemed to have had no record of what had been discussed before, was often confused and scattered, and the atmosphere became unreliable and unprofessional. We asked our family doctor to recommend another provider, and he sent us to Dr. Doshi, pulmonologist, at Mercy. Dr. Doshi quickly cleared up all the problems we'd had with NextGen. I am very relieved. We have no confidence in NextGen Sleep. Beware. read more

I have a lot that I could potentially say about this place. However, it's not worth the headache or the time that it would take to thoroughly describe the plethora of mind-numbing dealings that I've had with them. I don't believe that even a Yelp essay could adequately portray the lack of professionalism, miserable customer service, and the utter incompetence of this pitiful excuse of a business. I know that they advertise a cheap option, but I beg you to take your money elsewhere and save yourself from an absolute nonsensical mess. This place is the paramount example of the phrase "you get what you pay for" and I have had the wonderful misfortune of learning that the hard way. Pay a little more to go somewhere better. If nothing else, at least the people that I have spoken with here are kind. They may be unorganized, unprofessional, and complete buffoons, but they are kind buffoons. I'll at least give them that, to be fair. I guess they do have to earn their single star somehow since I can't give them a zero anyways. As with other reviewer's, I will agree do not use this establishment. Very unprofessional. They do not return phone calls. They do not know how to schedule appointments. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment time they were not prepared for me. They stuck me in a room and somebody came to talk to me about my machine and promised a phone call. It took three weeks to return a phone call. I resumed the call and still no assistance with my machine. But, of course, they sent me a $50 bill for an office visit. One of the worse companies you could ever deal with. I went to them on October 19th. I was told I needed to pay $90.00 for the sleep study. I did and was sent home with their equipment to di the sleep study that night. I did and the next night as well. On the next morning as I was getting their equipment ready to go back, my phone stated an error had occurred and I needed to repeat the study another night. The next morning I checked no error so I closed the package. I waited over a month, I phoned my doctors office to see if they had received word on my sleep study, they had not. So I phoned next gens office left message nothing. I phoned the next day nothing and again and still nothing. So I tried one last time and finally I spoke with someone. Well needless to say, I was told I did not have sleep apnea even though I have had a CPAP for over ten years. I phoned doctors my doctors office about these results. And then I phoned my insurance company I was told the test was only $40.00 and that I had overplayed. Well I found out that this company billed for dates that I did not do a sleep study for the date was Oct. 19th, they billed for Oct 28th and Oct 30th. Then said when I phoned for the results they billed this as a tela-med visit. Well after getting my insurance company involved about the $50.00 o repayment in which they are trying to keep as a telamed visit of $40.00. I have phoned, phoned, had my insurance company to phone them now 3 times about monies that is owed to me, I am still fighting for my $50.00 overpayment from October now this June. It's unbelievable how unprofessional this MEDICAL practice is.  The receptionist is always friendly.  Rachel has been kind.  But, like many others, I never saw a provider, and the billing and communication leaves a LOT to be desired. I have yet to hear back from the CEO or nurse regarding my exorbitant charge of $560, which I was told was billed on my insurance (when it had not yet been billed until ~2 weeks later) for the PURCHASE of my BIPAP, NOT rental. It has been 2 weeks (6/9/21) since the CEO stated, "We cannot control how your insurance processes the claim. I'll look into this tomorrow and see who would have told you that. Once again if your insurance decides they want to rent it we have no way of changing that. Each insurance plan has different rules." My response, "I know each insurance plan has "different rules"...I work FOR an insurance company. I was specifically told by Rachel that the BIPAP was a PURCHASE, not a rental, and this was apparently confirmed by the nurse who has yet to reply to my many emails requesting access to the support and supplies that I need.  I'm really trying to not be "that patient".  I'd like to rectify this issue with you directly.  However, I will be forced to request that my insurance company and/or the Oklahoma Insurance Department investigate your practice for fraudulent billing practices unless I receive prompt communication addressing my many concerns including why I was charged $560 to PURCHASE a machine, when the claim hadn't even been filed until weeks later.  Even IF your quick assumption is correct that it WAS in fact a rental that you have to bill out over 12 months time (despite being specifically told the contrary), $13.84 x 12 = $166.08...NOT $560. I also find it ironic that despite your claim that "each different insurance plan has different rules", you were very quick to explain what the answer to the issue was despite never seeing MY insurance plan or even looking at my claims and/or your office billing statements."  There always was something that felt like I was in a "store", not a medical practice.  They're selling T-shirts and water bottles for the love of God...at a medical practice.  I like that idea that I may feel better if/when I am ever able to use this equipment successfully to do so. I am honestly at my wits end trying to figure out what the heck is going on with my care AND the billing of my care.  When the BIPAP claim was finally billed to my insurance, the claim shows that I owe $13.84.  That is a HUGE difference from what I was charged...and big surprise, no one can give me a straight answer OR a refund. BEWARE!  If I am a clinical pharmacist, and I really had to dig and "keep at" this practice, I honestly wonder how many other people have blatantly been taken advantage of. read more

Next Gen Sleep is not a very professional organization, in my opinion. Let me explain... I was given a sleep study, which I was charged for, and they billed by insurance as well. I was given a Phillips Respironics machine, and I paid almost $700 out of my pocket for the device. I was told the machine was mine, and I had a follow up appointment 30 days later to confirm that I was using the machine (I was charged an office visit for that visit). They immediately started billing me for a "Rental" of the CPAP. I explained to them that I had purchased it, showed them the almost $700 receipt and they said it was never posted. I assumed that was why I was getting an insurance claim each month because they thought I was renting the machine since the payment was never posted. After a month or two I was continuing to be charged for the rental. I called back, accounting department is off site, so that was not fun! Long story short I was told that they have to put it on a 12 month "rental" with the insurance, that is the only way they can do it, they said. I asked to speak to the girl I spoke with when I got my CPAP, and of course she is no longer working there. My May payment of almost $700 was not posted until I made MULTIPLE calls, and it was finally posted in October. Did not really matter because the "rentals" just keep coming in to insurance. I finally got a rather rude call from Landon, the manager who told me that it was basically all correct, and that he needed to see documentation of every insurance claim and receipts. I sent them to him in 24 hours as he requested and asked him to look them over and call me back. That was on November 12, and waited. Waited 3 days, emailed him to call me, nothing, waited another 3 days, nothing. I emailed many times, no response. It took till today November 25 for him to call me back. Totally unprofessional to wait 2 weeks to answer an email of documents you asked for. Total cost for this CPAP is going to be about $1800, and I can buy it online for about $700-$800, Go somewhere else, avoid this place. I am pretty easy to get along with, but this place is not somewhere I can begin to recommend. Very disorganized, Unresponsive, and slow to try to resolve any issues. Avoid Next Gen Sleep in OKC. read more

I had a sleep study done ten years ago, so had to go again per insurance. Nextgen was amazing. Took data-collection device home (last time was at expensive sleepover clinic with lots of Frankenstein wires and such) for two nights, brought it back, got great CPAP, using it nightly, super success, end of story.
