If there is one area of improvement is to clearly indicate that the imaging center is located at the back of the building. We parked at the front of the building and was redirected to walk around outside to the back. If someone who was dropped off was in serious pain, this would have been an uncomfortable walk.

I explained that this is a $90 item that once removed cannot be reused. I asked the receptionist to look up the model CGM I used (Abbott Libre Freestyle 3 Plus) to determine if it was safe to wear during an MRI. She saw that it was safe to wear. Unfortunately, the idiot, ignorant, uneducated mutt of a technician still wouldn't do the MRI unless I removed the CGM. The receptionist showed him the information that appeared on the Abbott website, yet he refused to do the MRI when the article CLEARLY STATED THAT THE LIBRE 3 PLUS IS SAFE FOR AN MRI. So, if you are a diabetic wearing this type of CGM find another location. Additionally, if you are willing to have an MRI, or any other imaging done by some lowlife stupid, uneducated, ignorant fool technician, this is the place to go. Otherwise, find another imaging facility that employs knowledgeable staff.

I'm giving them five stars because the scheduling was super easy and flexible online. I rescheduled multiple times with no issues and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately we could not get a good photo of our son's face on our first visit. His umbilical cord was blocking his face. They were nice enough to reschedule us again at no charge two weeks later. However, we had the same issue with his foot blocking his face on the second visit. Our tech was kind enough to offer us a third visit but at that point I had given up. Understandably there is no refund in this situation. We just had bad luck but the experience itself was still pleasant and the place is very clean and nicely decorated. I recommend this place just be mindful that the position of your baby may not be the best for a good picture.

First time coming to Hudson Valley Radiology. At first my appointment was set for the Yonkers…read morelocation but I was called and asked if I could move to the Tuckahoe location because the tech at Yonkers got sick. So needing my CAT scan I opted for the Tuckahoe location. So it's in a nice location: not sure if they have a parking lot or garage for guest but I ended up parking in the street. Which was fine because I was right in front of the building. You call them to let them know you're outside and they let you know when to Come in for COVID reasoning. The lady at the front desk already had my paper work ready. All I had to do was verify my paper work and initial. I was in the waiting room. They had guard shields between all the chairs so you weren't in close contact with anyone. It wasn't a long wait which was nice. And then once I was called in a nice lady who was the tech walked me to the room to get my scans. She was very kind and generous. And then she walked me out and I was done. Overall it was a nice experience. Only thing I would recommend is turning on the lights in the hall and in the waiting room cause it was kind of dark and felt a bit weird.

Receptionist checked my insurance and assured me services were covered. On day of appointment I presented my Rx from primary care physician specifying 2 services (mammogram and ultrasound). Imagine my surprise several weeks later when I received a bill for 3 services, one of which was never performed. I'll be reporting these deceptive practices to NYS Insurance Board. Fortunately I have means to pay the outstanding bill, but it's unconscionable that they bill for services not requested and not provided.

I have been to 2 other Hudson Valley radiology Associates and had very good experiences and was Always asked about my medical history. I visited this location on 4/23/2022 for an MRI of my back. This location was selected due to the…read moreMRI machine being wider (less claustrophobic) than the Tuckahoe location. Check-in was seamless with a polite young lady at the desk in a clean and empty waiting area. I was quickly moved to the back where I changed into a gown and securely stored my belongings during the procedure. Stephanie the tech greeted me and explained everything to me. She was very patient and pleasant during my slight panic attack. She gave me what I called a panic button and eye mask to rest my eyes as I was shutting them tightly trying to get through the procedure. Her voice was calming and reassuring when she checked in and said how many minutes were left. Thanks to her I was able to successfully complete the procedure. Thank you Stephanie!

These check in kiosks are placed in the main lobby of the facility in plain sight of prying eyes. Which can very well compromise the parties personal information. The kiosk are located in the main lobby of the building without any cover open for anyone to see the patient information as it is being typed in the screen. They Need to do better than this.

The Dr is so respectful and has such a great bedside manner. My ultrasound technician was amazing and she made sure to make it as quick as possible while making things unakward and doing an amazing job at it. Would absolutely travel 1 hour again if I ever need another ultrasound. My first experience wasn't too great so having this experience truly meant even more.
