I…read moream on a budget and I had my wedding invitations designed by my aunt and I was just going to print them online because I thought it was the most affordable. At the last second just to get an idea how much I was saving online, I called and spoke to Dan to ask for a bid to print 100 Invites/RSVPs/Accomodation cards . Not only did Dan patiently answer my laundry list of questions, he did so happily and with the BEST attitude. I took a screen shot of the paper type and price to print my invites online and Dan never tried to "sell" me, but took the time to explain the facts and paper/quality difference. Even after taking my multiple phone calls and e-mails, when Dan gave me my final bid- he specifically included in there that if I did not want to print at minuteman- to make sure that I edit my online order (as he had even caught that I had accidentally selected 2 types of paper for the RSVP's and Invites online!) As if this review isn't long enough....Minutemen even printed off a proof of the invite, RSVP, and accommodation cards (and envelopes) and even included a copy of the paper that the online company was going to use (so flimsy!!) so that I could compare them. While I did make a few design changes that understandably extended the timeline, the project began in February 2026, and as of July 9, 2026, my company hat and T-shirt order still had not been completed. I remained patient throughout the process and allowed additional time due to the design changes. However, when I asked for updates or questioned the ongoing delays, I felt my concerns were not handled in a respectful manner. What should have been a straightforward order turned into months of frustration. When the shirts finally arrived, the logos were crooked and off-center. After I brought the issue to Carmen's attention and explained that I was unhappy with both the quality of the shirts and how the order had been handled, he refused to correct the problem. Instead of remaking and replacing the defective shirts, Carmen became combative in his communication with me and canceled the remainder of my order, stating that he was concerned I might again claim the workmanship was not done correctly if he proceeded with a replacement order.
