We were greatly kindly when we first made our way into the restaurant. Our server took our drink orders right away. And within minutes we were assisted with our food order. We had the 1978 Burger, BBQ Bacon Burger, 10 Chicken Wings Plate, and a Chicken Caesar Wrap. Everything was delicious. Refills were brought to us in a timely manner. All staff were polite and helpful. Kelsey's is great for family and friends. They have an excellent bar area, along with plenty of TVs to catch the current sporting event. For Clifton Hill prices, the quality, portion size, and attention to detail just aren't there. I get this place one star. They know better so they should do better. My Dad generally does not have lunch but all that was left was a pile of bones (ribs/wings). He really liked the meal. Mine was the 2 lbs of wings. I had mine naked with the sauce on the side. I had sweet chilli and BBQ. These wings are the jumbos. So while you might kit get 10 per lbs in the end you are getting closer to 2 lbs of meat vs bones. I really like their onion rings. My only complaint was the portion. Clearly fries gets you the most for your dollar. My only regret was they had sticky toffee pudding on the menu and crème Brulé which I also wanted to try. I had haddock and fries which was a little overcooked but the fish was good. Souvlaki and sandwiches were also ordered and enjoyed. A lot of orders were being picked up and this appears to be a successful business giving people what they want at a very reasonable price.
