Next Level gymnastics is a great place to start building up some skills they really help you understand and get the moves like you're doing and they're taking time on you they don't like pressure you to do it they're like really good and kind with the kids I'm 12 years old right now and I've been checking out the gym I'm not like fully enrolled but I seen how they like take care of the kids be patient with them and I think it's a great gymnastics gym to go to if your kids are interested and if you live in Alhambra close to Monterey Park then you're really lucky. I really really want to take monthly classes over there and want to join the team but it's really expensive too so I only have to take like the classes that are like cheaper but just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's not good and they're really patient with you and I learned a lot but not too much because you know I'm not and rolled and stuff but I think kids will have a great opportunity if they join next level gymnastics. Did a trial class for super tots with Coach Chantal(?) and it was a terrific experience! She knew exactly how to work with little kids and two break up each activity to make it interesting while keeping him safe. Parking is very tight so we did street parking. Overall, seems like a nice facility with lots of students that seem to be enjoying! Many students were SO impressive. My child enjoyed the sticker he received from the coach and a starburst candy at the end! Thank you, Next Level gymnastics for an excellent trial class. read more

Many of my friends take their children here, so I trust it. The location is very convenient. I visited before and there's no parking, so you'll have to park on the street. I watched some students and I was very impressed. The facility is small though. read more

My daughter started coming to Next Level Gymnastics two years ago when the gym first opened. She was only 5 when she started and it has been an incredible experience from day one. She absolutely loves it here and has shown remarkable improvement. Coach Ceecee is absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail and dedication to each child's progress is truly commendable. She takes the time to correct their postures and ensures they understand the techniques properly. It's clear she genuinely cares about the kids and their development. Additionally, the owner, Coach TJ, is great. He knows every single student's name, which is amazing since there's probably a couple hundred kids. To me it shows his dedication and personal investment in each child's success. Their camps are a lot of fun too! It's great to have a camp for the kids during breaks that you can trust. Knowing my daughter is in good hands while having a blast makes a big difference. We love it here and couldn't be happier with the positive, encouraging environment at Next Level Gymnastics. They have shown consistent improvements over the months and really enjoy their weekly class The NL Gymnastics staff are attuned to their students and their attention to helping build skills and fundamentals is impressive. My daughter has been coming to this gym for gymnastics since October/November. I am so happy we found it close to our home. We did a trial class and I enrolled her the next day, she loved it so much. She's in the Super Stars group with coach Ceecee and coach Bree (not sure I spelled them right) As a mom I that the classes are small. She looks forward to going every week. We've tried ballet, and dance which she didn't like, soccer wasn't her thing. Gymnastics seems to be her thing. Coach Thomas has been great with make up classes when she's been sick. Next Level Gymnastics has been "THE" place if you want your child to not only learn the skills needed in this sport, but also help build their confidence and become a strong, resilient person all while having fun! My daughter has been going to NLG since they opened and truly LOVES it!! She started out as a beginner and now recently joined the Bronze Comp team. She looks forward to her practices to the point where she gets ready early just so she can be extra early lol. Even after her 3 hour practices she is STILL not ready to leave!!! . I love this place. I have seen so much personal growth within my child who initially did not want to come and cried the entire time during our first visit. In order to see success, I truly believe it is up to the efforts of the coaches but also the child and parents. The price point is also fair compared to other gyms in the area. I also think that the class size is good and the coach to child ratio is pretty great. I recommend to always be here on time or early, especially if you're a beginner. It gives you time to speak with the coach and communicate any issues as it can get super busy. Also the parking is very minimal and it gets PACKED so truly recommend coming early. read more

My three little ones have been attending Next Level Gymnastics going on two years now. We have been to a couple other gyms in the area and this is definitely the best! Since day one they have had great attention from all the coaches and enjoy each day at the gym. Coach Margaret and Coach Ceecee are absolutely amazing at working with all skill levels. My oldest started just wanting to learn how to do a cartwheel and now she's just flourished. The environment all the coaches provide is a nurturing one. The discipline and level of expectation from the coaches is something that attracted us to Next Level Gymnastics as well. Being a part of the Next level gymnastics family for the passed two years has been a great experience for us ...Coach TJ is understanding and very supportive of all kids and families. He is constantly doing upgrades to the gym to make it safer and more comfortable for the kids and the parents equally. The gym is always kept clean and safety is always coach TJs top priority. My husband and I are both amazed with the progress Ava has made under the direction of all the coaches. All the coaches genuinely care about the kids and it shows especially when our daughter is constantly asking to continue classes and join in on camps for winter spring and summer break. I absolutely love this place! My child is in super tots and the instructors are beyond great. Super friendly and attentive to all kids. My daughter loves it here and all the friends she's made. My daughter has been a student at Next Level for the past two months. She loves gymnastics day and looks forward to coming every week. She can be a kid (not paying attention all the time, or being silly), but Coach Cece and Coach Bree teach her with some structure but keep the class fun. You have to be be good at gymnastics already. This facility is not beginner friendly. They do not help build confidence in children. They are very serious and will not offer help to a child struggling with their skills. From what I observed there is only one gymnast who is great with the children but the other two don't seems to care much about what's going on with the children. I kept on seeing another kid bump into mine because there was not enough space to stretch and instead of the coaches spreading them out more I had to constantly get up and advocate for them to stretch with more room so my kid wouldn't get hit. When my daughter struggled and was not offered help she was actually encouraged to leave to class multiple time. She was offered one solution, to take a smaller class. When we signed up for the "smaller" class it actually had more children enrolled and my child got even less attention. My daughter listens great but couldn't get the hang of some drills she left this class with even less confidence . I did not ask for a refund. The goal was to build confidence and introduce her to gymnastics unfortunately your classes are very large and if a kid is not already good at these drills they will get discouraged with the way you and your staff treat them. I originally gave 3 stars but the response from owner threw me off and was not accurate so dropped down to 2. This is unfortunate. Good luck. read more

We been to another gym before and we have experienced really strict and mean coaches. Gymnastics is meant to be a sport to build skill, confidence and growth in children. Yes, they are children. They are suppose to have fun and enjoy their time here. With that said, that is why we LOVE next level. The coaches are firm but also caring. They explain and show the children what needs to be done. I've see my child grow so much in the short amount of time here. Her face glows when she is here and she really enjoys it here. Coach Ceci is amazing and without a doubt we love the Coach TJ! NGL is the best thing that's ever happened to me. Coach TJ, Coach Ali and Coach Margret are amazing. I'm on the girls team at NLG and I've grown so much as a gymnast and person. I used to go to a gymnastics gym in Alhambra but it wasn't so great so I followed Coach TJ here. The atmosphere is so loving and all the coaches want to you to thrive and do your best.
