I decided to give mission fitness a go, since one of my athlete came here before. The gym is pretty spacious and has plenty of squat racks, machines, platforms for powerlifting and benches. There is only 1 Olympic lifting platform which I used for my training. I say give them a go, the front desk is friendly, restroom and clean and bright, and they have kilo plates and 28mm bars and women's barbell. Music is not loud and deafing, it's a soft touch.

That's completely false. There are several restrooms and I've never had to wait. The overall aesthetic of this place is top tier. The equipment is high quality, well maintained, and there's plenty of space to train. The gym is split into two sides and now they even have MAD Pilates, which is a great addition. So far, I haven't had to wait for equipment once. Even when it's busy, I've still been able to get a full workout in without issues. That's a huge difference compared to the gym up the street (Chuze), where you'll often see groups of people camping on the same machine. On weekends I come right when the doors open and it's about as empty as it gets. Perfect way to start the day. One warning though: don't try the peanut butter and jelly shake... unless you want to get hooked. It's that good. The turkey wrap is also a solid option. The staff has been amazing and welcoming since day one. Overall experience so far: 10/10. Highly recommended

There have been a few times I wanted to purchase a protein shake, but I couldn't tell who worked there or who to ask for help. Lastly, there have been times when there were no wipes available to clean the machines. Overall, still a great gym, just a few small improvements that would make a big difference! I am still working from home, sitting on my computer all day and I just wanted to move my body for an hour 3 times a week - I was open to push ups, weights, yoga, whatever. After a few weeks, I asked if we could try a little boxing and now I'm obsessed. Hitting the heavy bag feels incredible. The classes are HIIT styled classes, with AM & PM classes. Each class is either upper body, lower body, or full body. They are always different & the trainers provide guidance on how to complete each station. Special shout out to George who makes sure to push you & makes sure to correct your form. The workouts are challenging but you can definitely make modifications if you can't do something. Parking: there's a public parking lot at the back that always has room for cars. Classes: 5AM, 6AM, 8AM, 9AM, 4PM,5PM,6PM,7PM,8PM weekend hours are much limited which is no issues for me since I prefer to workout earlier in the week. The front desk staff is always extremely nice! Sandra, Kim, & Carlos are always encouraging & supportive.
