It's the perfect place where fitness meets fun in the most friendly way. The gym is specially designed for young kids, offering a safe and energetic environment for children to discover the joy of being active. The equipments are colorful and the coaches/trainers are fun, friendly and enthusiastic. I don't know how they do it but they remember each of the kids names every time! Flexible schedule, reasonable price, ample parking. You can only sign up online through their apps. Two thumbs up for my girls. Highly recommend this place!

This location was…read moreunfortunately recommended to us by the Regional Center as a place welcoming of children on the spectrum. Our experience was quite the opposite. Upon signing in for our trial class, we told the instructor our daughter's name. Right as we were about to explain that she is on the spectrum, the instructor told my daughter "You can't talk or what?" When we told him our daughter is nonverbal, he literally laughed and said "Oh." When the website said there would be lots of fun and laughter in class, I didn't realize they meant at the expense of my daughter. Within a few minutes the instructor ran up to us in front of all the other parents and told us we should bring her another day for an adaptive class, but that she could stay for the current class. When we we told him this class was recommended and did not see any information on the website about adaptive classes, he just said oh yeah we don't put that online. Before we attended the class, we made sure to fill out the student profile to make the staff aware of my daughter's diagnosis. Upon reviewing her profile, they could have let us know about all of our options since they do not provide this information online. At one point he started calling my daughter tippy toes. Making a nickname out of something many autistic children struggle with, was upsetting. At the end he said they did not have any time to focus on my daughter because they had too many kids. I never expected the focus to be solely on my daughter (even though the staff definitely made more of an effort to help the youngest gymnasts). I just wanted a place where she could feel included and supported, not made fun of. This class would have been a challenge for anyone being introduced to gymnastics for the first time. Had the staff seemed like they cared about helping my daughter and hadn't laughed at her difficulty speaking, we would have definitely come back for an adaptive class. Please make an attempt to train your staff in interacting with students of all abilities before you create another miserable experience for a special needs family.

It was suggested I try the toddler-3 year old class instead which was more like a mommy and me class. I stopped my first trial half way through and they offered the other class as a trail since I didn't finish the first one. Very understanding of the situation. Unfortunately I haven't had the time to sign up to be part of the regular class yet but I will when time permits. My son loved it. Also, make sure you park in the structure (free) and not the side building as that's reserve for the businesses near them, don't want to risk getting towed.

All the time and effort working with Coach, how can another coach help them get better for the next season?? I'm disappointed with the management here. They don't know how to operate a gym. Before Coach came, they changed out 5 different coaches. Now, my daughter has been with her for 2 1/2 years. She's helped her get better and better as well as her other teammates. My daughter has witnessed plenty of drama with the staff, some I'm concerned because at her age--she doesn't need to be witnessing the drama happening here. We would have left but she didn't want to leave her teammates and Coach, so we stayed. Now that the head coach is gone, all the gymnasts are devastated and don't want to stay. We cannot have a repeat again of revolving new coaches. Finding a good experienced coach is not easy. Us parents have all cancelled our membership today because we don't agree with the decision. That should say enough about how we feel about Coach. A warning to all new members: this gym doesn't appreciate talent. I don't think you should invest your time and money at a place that will make decisions impacting your child's dreams without any consideration. Do yourself a favor and find a gym that supports talented coaches and talented gymnasts for the long term.

I worked at Coach Patty's Gym from July 2025 until my recent resignation. During my time there I…read morehad no unannounced absences, no student injuries, and consistently fulfilled my responsibilities as an instructor. My decision to leave was not based on the students or the work itself, but on how a workplace conflict was handled by management. In May 2026, another instructor interrupted me while I was teaching my class and told me not to teach a particular technique. When I asked for clarification, I was told only, "Don't teach that." This occurred in front of students and parents. It was not the first time this instructor had spoken to me this way, and I found it disrespectful and unprofessional. After leaving I received aggressively worded text messages threatening discipline of my behavior, even though he was not a department leader at the time, and no other supervisor was present when it happened. A meeting was later held with Coach Patty present via phone call. During that meeting, the focus was not on the quality of my coaching but on the manner in which I had been addressed. The instructor acknowledged that speaking to a coworker that way was disrespectful and not consistent with company expectations. However, no apology was offered, and to my knowledge no corrective action was taken. The owner agreed during the meeting that the instructor's conduct was inappropriate and later told me she would try to make the situation right. Unfortunately, despite my follow-up attempts to communicate my concerns, I did not receive a response. Because there is no HR department and I did not feel my concerns were being addressed, I no longer felt comfortable working in that environment. The students and families were the best part of this job, and I appreciate the time I spent coaching them. However based on my experience I believe the gym needs stronger procedures for handling employee concerns, workplace respect, and conflict resolution.

The classes themselves are great, and the staff clearly cares about the athletes. That said, there is one major issue that absolutely needs immediate attention: the carpets and definitely the chairs. They are extremely dirty--filthy to the point where it's honestly shocking. The stains, the buildup... it's hard to comprehend how they've been allowed to get this bad. It really takes away from an otherwise great environment. If management doesn't want to replace them, the very least they could do is clean them regularly. It's a simple step that would make a huge difference. The coaches and kids deserve a cleaner, more sanitary space.
