From then on, it has been difficult to speak with the owner, Augustine, and get my hats. I sent multiple emails and left voicemails asking for updates and received nothing. I will include screenshots of my emails in this review. At one point, Andrew Ponce, a former employee, emailed me and said he no longer works for the company and wishes me luck. At the beginning of January 2022, I went to the shop to see where my hats were. They were still on the counter, undone. I spoke with the employee at the front desk and he had no information about the hats because they were Augustine's deal. He called Augustine for me who said they would be done within a week or two. At the beginning of February, 2022, Augustine emailed me and said the hats would be ready that Friday. They were not. I went this past Friday and the hats were still not done. Again, the employee at the front desk called Augustine for me, who had no explanation. I requested a refund and was happy I at least got that. Would absolutely not recommend.
