This review is for Ciera at Next Level Realty. I had the pleasure of personally work with her. Let me say that first off, she is an absolute sweetheart and really invests her time and heart into her passion, which is realty. She went above and beyond the description of her job to help me. I was initially working with a real estate agent named Trina Bentancourt from RE/MAX (RealEstateWithTrina@Gmail.com), (let me just say that Trina is an absolute crap agent who is f'n lazy as hell and tries to take advantage of you and constantly uses the phrase "How real estate works"). So after the nightmare I went thru with Trina, in comes Ciera on her white horse to save the day. She did everything the total opposite of Trina and made me feel relieved and brought my wife and I the joy of searching and purchasing our first home!!! After all the BS I went thru with Trina, Ciera was a complete professional and eased our minds during this important and extensive process. She was never further than a text or a phone call away. Anytime that I needed to reach her, she was available for me, and when she was unavailable, she would contact me quickly and let me kno that she has seen that we are trying to get in contact with her, and as soon as she has availability, she will contact us back, and she did. She always kept her word with us. She never sugar coated anything and kept us in the loop on everything that we were involved with. Ciera is a godsend and I hope that any of you who have the opportunity to work with her, DO IT!!! She's going to guide you thru every step and be right there by your side to handle any questions, concerns or needs that you may have. If we ever end up needing a real estate agent again, Ciera is most definitely going to be the person that I am going to contact. As for Trina, stay away, stay far away!!!! I can't say enough about Ciera and everything that she has done for us, and we are so truly grateful. Like Ciera says, a home buying should be a joyous occasion and you shouldn't have to go thru stress, anger and bad times. When you're with Ciera, you don't have the downs, only ups and she makes it fun and is always there to help with whatever your needs may be. Thank you Ciera if you ever get the chance to read this, you truly turned everything around after we felt as if we were in a tailspin with Trina. Oh, and Ciera knows her job, she studies her craft and is always looking to gain more knowledge on real estate. She knows what she is talking about. If there's no star option, I will give them no star. Since the whole home purchase you didn't do anything for Jonathan family, why did you help them to get more money you think they didn't deserve after "a very minor home inspection"? Did you already know there is mold in the house? That's why you did that. You know it. You were busy. Yes, you are always busy and never ever has picked up their phone calls. Why didn't you let your assistants to hand the keys. You stop acting that you are innocent. Did you already know the renters left a big mess for them? That's why you didn't show up to give them keys. When they asked you add an addendum for protecting their interests, in case the renters damaged something. You are the one didn't let them add on. You never stand for their interests. You said you know the sellers. When they asked you how to deal with this big mess. Then you said nothing you can do. As a realtor I know there are lots of things you can do. But you treat them as fools. Did you know they even left poop in each toilet? Did you already know the water supply pipes are shaking once they moved in? I have suggested them to call you after they spent hundreds for dealing with that issue. They said they know you won't help. They said they just are waiting for supply line breaking. So the insurance company will pay for that. I am feeling so sad for them. Right now they found out whole pantry wall is mold. There were 3 mold companies came to check and all said the same thing, the mold is being there over a year. If this is not a big problem, I don't believe their family want to talk to you again. Your unprofessional behavior are incredible. You have a big company and don't care about other human beings. This is not all about money, this is about humanity, morality and justice. What a shame for you Craig acting as a Dual agent. As a realtor I suggested anyone who works with him and be careful. read more

She is an amazing human being. You can never go wrong when working with her. She not only helped us sell our house fast but did the most stupendous job in getting us a new one. Ciera Sims and Next Level realtor have really been great to me and my husband they have been with us for a while, while we got our credit right, while we came up with money for a downpayment they never left her side. I would like to thank Chris and his team for quick and smooth sale of our home in Eastvale Ca. Listing with Next Level was a non stressful seamless experience that ended up in a full price cash sale of our home with in 4 days on the market. The amount of traffic we experienced with in those first couple of days was amazing. I recommend if you want a team to take control of selling your home Next Level is the team you want. We had some difficulties securing a new residence due to a fast sale and Chris Negotiated a 3 month rent back of the hoe which was $600.00 less than our mortgage payment was prior to selling.
