Update. Gave an extra star since Kartik took the time to reach out to me to see what they could do better and understand what I went through. He was very courteous and professional but that didn't change my experience during the exam. I just passed my real estate exam today on the first try. SHEER LUCK. I started by ADHI's classes in person (precovid) then did the online zoom classes. And watch his YouTube videos as well. Took me forever to get an exam date. So with my exam being today (Monday), I started studying again about a week and half ago. Signed up for the crash course. Took all the training sessions. I took the mock test 4x. Scored 94, 94, 90 and 93%. Took the mock test for the 4 time last night. I also took the crash course on Saturday and Sunday( yesterday) so I can have as much info fresh in my mind. I felt confident going in to the exam today with such high scores on the mock exam. But when I started taking the real test today...W T F.... I LITERALLY had no idea what 2/3 of the exam was talking about! It was asking stuff that were NEVER discussed in any of the trainings! I was going to try to remember some to I can provide feedback to ADHI but as the test progressed, I felt so overwhelmed and stressed that I couldn't retain anything. ADHI helped, the teachers and videos are great but I felt sooo discouraged, frustrated and angry that SO MUCH of the actual exam wasn't even discussed. I tried to use logic or process of elimination on many of the questions but tbh I just had to randomly guess on a MAJORITY of the exam. I haven't written this much since college read more

I have been enrolled in this school for over a year now trying to get my real estate license and I love it!! It's a great school, it truly is. When I first enrolled, it was in person but I really prefer it to be through Zoom forever. It's so much more effective and it's great to be in the comfort of your home. I probably would have had my license by now, but getting it isn't my first priority. I'm getting the license as a back up but my goal is to finish up by the end of this year for sure! I know I can do it with this school. They have classes almost daily and they go through books in 3 weeks. It's so fast! You can also take as many classes as you want, until you get the material. This is the best real estate school in California. They have very affordable prices but they don't compensate on service. Their reps are readily available to answer any questions via chat and make it really easy to get started. Thank god they actually have real people on chat and they're not bots that link you to the FAQ page. The instructors are very talented in breaking down the material and tell you exactly what you need to know to pass the licensing exam. I used their crash course online test program until I got every question right and understand why I keep missing the same ones. When I went in to take my test I knew I passed. I crammed in one weekend and passed it's probably not recommended to do it that way. Before I used these questions I failed a few times after I was very confident. After failing the Broker exam several times, I decided to try a different school and went with ADHI. Feeling very defeated but determined, I proceeded to study. So here's the thing: Kartik, the instructor who is on the video material, is BRILLIANT. The teaching method is very modern, he teaches in a way where you not only focus on the material, but understand why the subject matter is the way it is. You actually want to learn and listen. I found myself excited to go on to the next subject each time. These methods are needed for the Brokers exam period. You have to understand the material otherwise you will not pass the exam. The dre throws a lot of curveballs by rewording, using synonymous terms and scenarios that you studied, and unknown material that is related to the known material that you've been studying. In other words, you have to understand the material period. ADHI's methods help you prepare for these curveballs. Most schools dont. I personally purchased the online video questions and crash course, Spent two weeks daily on all the material, went in, and PASSED my brokers exam! I am now a DRE BROKER!!!! Had I have used their course from the beginning, I would have saved a lot of time, money, and trips to the testing site. I have severe ADD, and also am raising two young kids. For me to pass says a lot. Do NOT look at any other school! Go through the crash course video or live crash course (which is recommended), study each day and review, and you will be just fine. In regards to the exam, the questions were difficult. But I passed bc Kartik's approach to helping you understand the subject matter equips you to defeat the nature of the questions. I just passed the California Real Estate Salesperson exam on April 23, 2021! First time to take it and I PASSED! I did the 3 online classes with ADHI and I really like how everything is explained in the videos. The vocabulary at the back of each book is helpful. The Crash Course classes were very informative and I liked the 31 page work sheet and Training sections. The Crash Course reinforces everything from the previous classes and tests. The mock exam is very helpful as well and it gave me an idea of what the real test would be like. The key to passing is studying and knowing the concepts and vocabulary words.
