I…read morerecently bought my first home and they have come in to fix a broken shower, installed a dual shower head, hung up two chandeliers, installed towel racks, and wall mounted a 55" inch TV. they always tidy up behind themselves when drywall get scattered on the floor when doing wall mounts or the shower gets dirty during a repair. The first time I hired them I needed the cartridge in the master shower replaced as the shower didn't turn at all. Not only did they replace it but they had a spare, basic showerhead in their truck they installed for free labor and no charge for the part, as they said the lime buildup on my original was awful. Very thoughtful and it's this sort of service that makes them my go-to home repair business.

I could not find ANY local plumbers who were willing to come out on a Friday, and did not want to go until Monday with non-functional faucets. Will and Michelle were able to come out the same day as the granite guys, installing both of my faucets. Then I wanted to have the valve trim replaced on two showers and two garden tubs. This ended up being much more complicated than expected, as there were some issues with the new trim I had selected. They must have gone to a dozen different places doing research and hunting down the appropriate adapters and parts for me. Even though this was a lot of extra work they had not anticipated, they still honored the original price they quoted. (Much better experience than two other local guys who took one look at the job and then left me hanging!) Wil works efficiently and takes pride in his work. I kept finding more things for him to fix for me ... he repaired my kitchen disposal and fixed a huge gap underneath my front door. He gave me some excellent quotes on installing a new water heater and some light fixtures, so I will be calling him again for those things. I definitely recommend this company!

The real problem is that while painting my upstairs bathroom they put towelettes into the toilet and clogged it resulting in a overflow through the ceiling into my 1st floor. They were playing the music so loudly they did not hear the toilet water running! Tried to blame it on plumbing, but basically admitted in text messages to putting the towelettes into the toilet! Claim to be GL insured, but refuse to give binder info. Now not showing up to repair the damages. Next step court. (BTW I believe they generate their own reviews on here.) While the work itself was okay and they let me change the paint color after they started. **These are my opinions based on my experience with this contractor**
