No service was provided and the technician spent just 25 minutes evaluating my set up. I felt taken advantage of on my first meet as estimates should be "free". It took them a month to come back and do the update and I was texted a date for that service with out consideration of my availability that date. I felt a little stuck though because they already had $200 of mine. I really wish they inspected the rest of my system to ensure it was working properly like other companies offered.
