This morning he sent out a subcontractor and his father-in-law to do the job. When they arrived I ask them to tell me, before they started, just exactly what they were told to do. The only thing he had told them to do was remove the skylights and seal the flashing, not replace it and it was rusted out. The only place they were going to install shingles was where the skylights were. I am just happy I didn't let them start, would probably have taken the skylights out and demanded more money. I have determined that Troy with Heisman Roofing is not honest and will not do what he promises.

For sure would not recommend. Brandon also was rushing me about giving him the check from my insurance company when I had just received it one day prior to him harassing me. Then, proceeds to text my mother one week later, stating that he had not received the check and would proceed to charge me a late fee (btw, never actually had an invoice with a due date). However, another check to his cabinet company he uses was already received and I mailed them on the same day. He's rude, unprofessional and I would never use him again just for the simple fact of how he handles his business. Individually, his cabinet, plumbing and floor people were friendly and did great work, but as a contractor, he is AWFUL.
