This guy is only about making a quick buck and could care less about his customers. Called over a week in advance to schedule to get my front windows and windshield tinted. Told me it would take 3 hours bc of the windshield. When I arrived to drop off my car the owner told me he didn't have any 70% tint for my windshield and had to order it. So he obviously didn't care to be prepared for this appointment. Told me the 70% tint would be in early next week. I decided to go ahead and have my front windows done which took less than an hour. I picked up my car, dude I had been speaking with was MIA. Got in and noticed that the small window tint was jacked up. Called in advance and agreed upon the tint specifications and appointment time. I drive in and take the time off work to make it and he notifies me he has no stock... He offers a "big discount" and says he will get it later in today and if i wanted to drop my car off. I say no and leave but have his number to let me know when stock comes in and he tells me that it should be tomorrow. I say thanks to him and let me know. I wasn't sure about which ones to do and had a lot of questions about the different kinds of tints and he was very helpful and patient and let me know which ones would be good for my jeep. I also loved how he didn't try to rip me off since I didn't know much about tints but he still gave me the best quality and is affordable. It was super easy to set up an appointment with Ashu and he responds very quickly which was a bonus. He also tells you how to take care of them afterwards! It added a great look on my car and love how it doesn't get super hot inside as well. I haven't had any issues with my tints and don't expect to. Would highly recommend getting them done from Ashu! Really disappointed with the tint work from the guy Mike whom supposedly was an friend of my late husband. I have been constantly reaching out to him to ask him when he's gonna fix the tint and he keeps giving me the runaround til this day. The tint was cut short around my entire front windshield and back passenger side window looks really unprofessional. I stated this at the time service was completed as well as the smudge that was dirt and he tinted over anyway and the air bubbles that are also in the tint. never requested a discount because he knew my husband I gave him exactly the amount of what he asked for I'm just confused as to why I can't receive better work. Unlike other dealers I inquired with, they informed me that tinting the entire front windshield is illegal in VA, so they only charged for the four door windows.
