Irritating music assaults you while you wait, like you're in some hip clothing store for 16 year olds--exactly what you don't need to deal with when you're sick. And every patient waiting was over 70. Is there no one smart enough here to realize that soothing music might work better? Also, sign-in text sent to your phone doesn't work. I was referred to Next Level Urgent care by my Primary Care, Nurse Practitioner via phone. Wow, am I glad. I was greeted by Valerie and seen within 10 min without an appointment. I was diagnosed and began treatment within 15 min. by Stacy, a Nurse Practitioner. I was released 45 min later, having been treated with IV fluids, medications ordered and feeling better. 7 days later I am back to 95% from a severe Streptococcus Infection. If I could give them less than a one, I would!!! When I arrived the little girl at the desk asked me if I pre-registered, I replied no. She asked me to have a seat and I did. After watching her check in two other people, I went back to the front desk. I gave the guy my ID and emailed him my insurance card. The little girl said my co-pay was $150, I told her that had to be incorrect. She got an attitude, asked me where I worked and insisted her information was correct. I called my insurance provider on the spot. He researched my coverage and said my co-pay was $50. I put him on speaker so he could explain that my co-pay, but she disregarded what he said and proceeded to tell me $150. Being sick and irritable, I chose to leave and visit another urgent care. She was rude and failed to do her job/ due diligence. If I have to do your job, what exactly do you get paid to do? read more

I went in on a Sunday morning and Dorothy Colon, NP was very attentive and listened to my concerns. There was minimal wait time in the waiting room, which I appreciated during flu season for germs! Some of the friendliest staff! Love that you can go online to get in line & do you paperwork. When you get there, you literally go back to your room and meet the tech. My tech was Teresa M. I didn't even have time to read 2 pages in my book when the nurse practitioner, Dorothy Colon, walked in. She was very informative & gave me options as far as treatment. I've been here a few times and today I actually had to wait 2 hours to be taken back to a room after getting in line online. I was told the provider would be right in but of course that didn't happen. I spent my time in my room listening to the staff outside the door sing songs often including "everybody in the club getting tipsy". Usually they ask what you're being seen for prior to putting you on the list but nobody asked me until later when I got in a room. Nobody asked about my current medications or any changes in my health since the last time I was here. I've never had issues like this here before I've always gotten in and out no matter if they were busy and received phenomenal care. Not sure if the staff knows you can hear them clear as day inside the room or maybe they don't care. "Just go see the back pain lady in 6 and give her some meds." That's exactly what she did too. Meeting with the Nurse Practitioner I definitely felt dismissed as I was explaining how much pain I was in and that I believed it was more than just back spasms. She only spent a few minutes in with me and had already prescribed an anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxer. No mention of imaging and she didn't even ask me about my medical history or why I take a certain medication. I don't think I'll continue coming here because the wait was not worth just getting medication that's probably not going to help. Still in a lot of pain and she spent less than 7 minutes in the room with me to only place her fingers in a few places on my back and say "Well you are tight." Worst experience I've had at Next Level. Also had to call the office after 2 hours because they hadn't sent the meds to my pharmacy. read more

These guys are awesome. I have never had to wait, the rooms are always nice and clean, and they super nice to boot. They always try their best to get you everything you need get make you feel better before you leave. This last time, Joseph was my tech and Dorothy Colon helped me out. They were very kind and explained everything thoroughly. I didn't feel rushed and felt as though they knew their stuff. I don't really go to the doctor often and it seems like every time I do, I get hit with an admin. fee plus my co-pay so it ends up being about the same cost wise. Add that to the awesome people and no wait time...it is well worth it when you feel awful. Thanks for getting me back on my feet so quickly! read more

I had to take my son Asher to Next Level Urgent Care Champions this morning due to the fact that he had strep throat. He was blessed bc he received care from his tech Ms. Joanna G and his provider was Mr. Billy Johnson. We were not only impressed by the way the whole facility looked since we had never been there, but the care from his Provider and his Tech was amazing. We highly recommend this place. In fact, I ended up registering myself and my other son so that we could use this location easily if we ever became sick in the future. read more

Came here because I needed doctors note for work. The doctor was extremely nice and professional and the staff up front were also nice. The only reason I am giving such a low rating is due to the cleanliness of the establishment. The waiting room was dirty as well as the room we were put in. Great place! This was my first time at Next Level and it was wonderful! People were super friendly and helpful. My nurse, Savaeda, was funny and kind. The RN, Billy Johnson, was great as well. Very down to earth and full of knowledge. He helped diagnose me with what was really wrong with me after multiple misdiagnoses elsewhere. I've never given a review of a medical facility, but I thought this place deserved a nice review. If I ever need some medical attention in the future I will be heading back here! read more

Went in last Tuesday night because of excruciating pain and swollen left breast. I couldn't take it anymore. Doc came in and just looked and said it was a staph infection and walked out. Not even 3 minutes he was in there. The nurse asked me more questions and was more concerned. He prescribed antibiotics that isn't doing anything and the pain has gotten worse. I asked the nurse if the Doc will prescribe anything for the pain, she went to ask him and he told her to tell me to take ALEVE... seriously? I've been taking Aleve and still no relief. It's now been 5 days since I went there. Still in excruciating pain. What kind of ER is this that they don't even help you when you're in severe pain? Ridiculous! read more

If you are needing a nurse, tech, or doctor that CARES and VERY UNDERSTANDING of your needs then trust this is the urgent care to visit. I greatly appreciate they accepted my insurance. From front desk, nusre, to the tech that takes vital signs to the doctor were very comforting, professional and caring. I went on Sunday was there less than hour with 4 people ahead of me. On my way home i picked up my prescrpibtion started it right away. I began feelimg better within next day. And to my suprise they told me they will call within a day or two to see if i was feeling better, and I just recieved a call from Dr Aaron to check on me!!! My family and I stopped by Next Level for a minor wound. We were quickly greeted and shown to a room. We were given excellent care by Elizabeth. Within five minutes of arrival, Dr. Dougherty looked over the wound, treated it and we were out the door within a half hour. I highly recommend this location. You will be sent immediately to a treatment room and hopefully will be lucky to have Tech Stefany and NP Dorothy Colon care for and treat you. They were both concerned with my illness and listened contently. Stefany was concerned for the length of time I would be there and how she would get me seen and treated in a timely manner. She also discussed with me the treatment that she was to provide so I didn't feel nervous. Dorothy, the Nurse Practitioner, not only listened, she was friendly, courteous, discussed my illness and treatment options available. She showed me my plan of care prior to me leaving, discussed the reason for the medications she prescribed which gave me plenty opportunity to ask questions. My brother had gotten really sick one day and I debated on whether I should take him to the ER or urgent care... I opted for an urgent care because he wasn't life threatening sick but I felt he needed to be seen by someone... So after checking with his insurance I found this was the closest place that accepted his plan... I checked in online but I don't know if that really made a difference because when we arrived there was no line... They checked us in immediately and put us in a room... They gave me a tablet to finish filling out paper work and sign things... This process went by quickly... While I filled out paper work they quickly did an evaluation of my brother and got his vitals... At the end of the paperwork they ask you to swipe a debit/credit card... They say it doesn't charge at that time but they need it on file. The nurse did what she could at the time to help make my brother comfortable... Shortly after a dr came in and gave my brother a brief but thorough exam. He decided to run a few tests and suggested a bag of fluids for my brother and gave some medicine for nausea and pain... While my brother was receiving treatment I had asked the nurse for a blanket because he was cold... They didn't have any but she gave us some gowns and put a small space heater in the room... They were very nice and attentive... Checking in constantly to see how we were all doing... After my brothers treatment we were given some discharge instructions, prescriptions (that they called into the pharmacy for us), and a work note for my brother... I believe the most expensive level is service costs around $180 which is what we paid but it beats hours in the emergency room and a bill in the $1000s... We got excellent care in an excellent environment. read more

But They Were Really Busy (Presidents Day) So They Recommended Us To Go To This Location Which Was An Hour Away From Our House. It Was Either Drive The Extra 30 Minutes There Or Wait An Hour In The Waiting Room. We Decided To Just Go There Because They Weren't Busy. So Glad We Did. This place is consistently top notch! We have be using Next Level at this location since it opened. I have recommended them to many friends who have been as pleased as our family always is. The place is extremely clean, and the entire staff is very friendly and professional. Our most recent visit was for my son's sore throat. He was tested for Strep and the Flu. Both were negative, and it was determined what he had was viral. They gave him a prescription for a gargle solution to give him relief. On this visit we saw Lindsay H. and Beverly Edigin. We come here often, and these were two new faces. They were great!! It was at the end of their long day and I know they were tired, but they treated us like we were their first patients of the day. We generally see Billy and Chris, who are amazing as well. I can tell you if you need an urgent care this place cannot be beat. read more
